Complimentary Beach Chairs Included! (**valid 3/1-10/31) Step away from the humdrum of everyday life and be "SeaDuced" by this warmly decorated 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath condominium at Summerwind Resort. From the moment you walk in the door, you will feel the tension slipping away as you take in the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen in this unit is fully stocked, a washer/dryer is also included. The Master Bedroom includes a King size bed with views of beautiful Navarre Beach. Also included is a Bunk Alcove in the hallway that includes 2 twin beds.
Please come and enjoy dipping your toes into the Gulf of Mexico.
This property requires a Saturday-to-Saturday weekly stay during Peak Season.
**You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**  
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

This was the second year in a row that we booked SeaDuced, and the second time it was perfect. Check in and out was seamless, the goodies (coupons and stickers) were appreciated and beach chair/umbrella service was icing on the cake. Will likely book again for next year providing we decide to do something aside from the beach. Thanks for a great vacation.

A true Getaway gem!

This condo was as described but for the view/location... there are no words. You must rent it to get the full freedom feeling to know what I am talking about! The property manager as well as the owners were fantastic with communication with their rental. The condo was beautiful and perfect for my little family. We will absolutely be returning!!!
