Everything we needed and more

Perfect place for a getaway !

Very nice top floor condo, and facing the gulf. Everything was supplied, and the housekeeping was excellent. The owner was great to work with, and the advanced information was super. We hope to use it again.

We enjoyed our stay with our 5 children. It’s a beautiful, relaxing place! The condo was well furnished and the only con is there was no dishwasher soap and the host was supposed to get us some and it never happened. Otherwise, would recommend it!

Great stay at Sunny Disposition condo at Navarre Beach

This condo had everything we needed to have an awesome vacation. Well appointed kitchen for the times we cooked. Beach chairs, umbrellas, small ice chest, boogie boards, shelling equipment, toys and more were available. The views from the living area and master bedroom are amazing! We watched the dolphins play most days. We will definitely visit again.

Relaxing Anniversary Trip

This condo was the perfect place to relax and enjoy time away from the busyness of life! Everything we could possibly need was provided, from spices to beach gear! You can tell the owners try their best to accommodate their guests! I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness of the condo and property. The night employees/security guards and daytime employees were a joy to talk with as well! We look forward to bringing our family with us next time!

Heavenly Beach Vacation

We had a WONDERFUL stay in Navarre at the Regency property. Incredible views and location, close to both ocean and bay and a HUGE host of activities! Crab Island Float in Dustin was a highlight. Property was lovely and clean, just as advertized!

Great views, great vacation!

This top floor condo had excellent views from the balcony, easy access from the reserved covered parking spot and quick elevators. The rooms were spacious with a great floor-plan. The beds were so comfortable! Living area furniture could use a soft ottoman, but otherwise was nice. We had everything we needed, plus some. Communication was great with both owner and housekeeper and Tanya's grocery service was a huge time-saver! We enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the beach and saw dolphins, rays, and a manatee! We also enjoyed some family ping pong tournaments on the table downstairs. Would love to stay here again and will recommend.

Soul Refreshing

The condo is everything and more! You are able to immediately be at rest. Oh, the view from the master bedroom; it is perfect. The entire property is clean and constantly being cleaned. This refreshed our family so much so that everyone rated it as the best vacation yet!

Peaceful Easy Living

Accommodations were as advertised. Condo had everything you need. We had a great week of weather with only one overnight thunderstorm. The 3 pairs of binoculars that were provided offered long distance views of the beach and water from the large 9th floor balcony. Saw dolphins on a few different occasions during the week. After a 2nd family beach trip to Navarre, this has become our go to beach vacation. We plan to be back soon and hope to stay in this same condo.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay would recommend it to anyone wanting to get away for a week of relaxation. The sound of the ocean and watching the waves very relaxing, the condo nice and clean.

Great condo and area

Condo was great, view was amazing. Condo was under construction at the time, but the noise wasnt bad and it did not affect the amenities. Two small complaints: - Kitchen wasn’t stocked well with basic seasonings and perishables (Salt/pepper/oil) - The provided beach chairs were very small and basic - only really suitable for small women and children.

Beautiful views

The property was just as advertised. Very well equipped, thoughtful gifts awaited our arrival. Spacious living room/ dining room, comfy beds and did I mention the beautiful views from the balcony patio? Never waited for the elevator more than 10 seconds. Handy carts to haul our stuff up and down. Under cover parking spot, short walk to beach, pool was delightful!! I guess you can say we’re very satisfied and hope to return!!

Beautiful and Quiet

Loved the condo. Weather was a bit cold and wet but we still enjoyed our visit. A beautiful view, that never grew tiresome. The friendly Great Blue Heron who visited us on the beach and the pier was a bonus! We will most likely be back! Great area and very comfortable accommodations.

Quiet and convenient

This condo is conveniently located directly beachfront with a great view of sunrise and sunset. It is a large property with comfortable furnishings and everything you might need included. Covered parking and an elevator make it a great spot for a beach vacation.

Perfect spot for a Thanksgiving break

Lovely room

Everything was great during the stay! Plenty of space for my family. Had friends staying there in another condo and was enough room for everyone to hang out as well. Everything we needed for the week was there. Chairs, a wagon, umbrella and beach toys.

Paradise!

The condo is stunning from the views to the decor. It is obvious that they take great care and pride in their home away from home! The added touches and details (including binoculars for the spectacular show the dolphins put on for us every day right outside our balcony and the "sea turtle" safe flashlights) were amazing. And, Tanya, who gets the condo ready for the next guests was just as amazing as the owners! She even picked up our groceries and carefully stocked them in the kitchen so they would be there when we arrived. We absolutely adored every second we spent there!
