Newly Renovated, Entire place, one side of duplex in residential area.. Only 4 miles to Navarre Beach. Fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and solid wood cabinets The two bathrooms have solid wood cabinets with granite counter tops. Main bedroom features a queen bed. The additional bedroom has two single beds. Living room and bedrooms have smart TVs. Freshly painted with new LVP flooring. Enough parking for a couple of cars and your boat.

This was my 2nd stay / year in Jan and Feb. I love Navarre and this duplex. Pictures are accurate and true. Nicely decorated. In a quiet and safe neighborhood so good if bringing a dog. Very close to rt 98 / Navarre parkway where Walmart, restaurants, pharmacies, and bridge to Navarre Beach are located .I recommended it to a snowbird friend and she booked for next Jan and Feb. . Owners are nice and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay in this home. There was an issue with one of the toilet flappers, but after alerting the owner, it was repaired the same day. Very quick service! The two twin beds are best suited for young children, extra padding may be needed for adults. Location is excellent!
