Service was good. Hotel was clean. I wished we would have stayed longer so we could enjoy sitting in the outside chairs or enjoyed the bonfire. Next time we come we will book again. Hotel had some issues like the toilet paper holder looked like it was much bigger than it should have been to try to hide previous holes in the wall. The plastic hand rail thing in the tub was loose and moved around but the tub looked new.paint was chipping outside around the ac vents. Nothing that would keep me from booking again but did look like an eye sore at the same time. Bed was comfortable along with the bedding. The pool was open and beautiful along with the grounds. Water pressure was decent and warm. We enjoyed our stay!

They need to advertise room better. My side showed waterfront and they said they showed inland. Was a bit disappointing cause that was the sole reason I booked it. Other then that, it was a cute beach hotel.

We have stayed here a few times. When I booked the room I clicked on the pool side room. Room was not pool side but close. I paid for the pool room, which was more expensive. They do not allow smoking any where on the property anymore except one bench on the other side of the prop from where the room was located. It stinks they changed that but over all a good stay.

The staff were all pleasant, courteous and accommodating.. The room was very clean. The breakfast was delicious. It was very close to the beach. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Navarre Beach, but next time want to have the waterfront view instead of the pool view.
