Relax at this peaceful place 2 minute walk or 30-second golf cart ride to the beach, sleeps 10. It has an outdoor shower in the rear ground level, an electric golf cart, bikes, bbq grill on the patio.

The new home boasts a large entertaining area out of the sun under the home, on the ground level connected to the patio. All of this is surrounded by elegant landscaping. The community pool is 100' from the house where the kids can play while the parents lounge in the sun next to the pool. The community fishing dock is located on the quiet side of the island 250' from home.

This house has beach games and bikes with helmets, to use during your stay. We also include an optional quiet electric golf cart after signing the golf cart Safety and Care cart agreement.

This house is in a private neighborhood please abide by neighborhood rules, and respect other neighbor's right to quiet enjoyment.

This house was amazing! Close enough to the beach to walk, quiet neighborhood, and came with everything you would need for the beach that you wouldn’t be able to fly with (chairs, tent, toys). Our family will definitely be staying here again!
