Guest booking must be 25 years or older. No parties or events. No Smoking or Drug use on property. No fireworks. Parking area and entrance are under video surveillance. Rental Agreement & $300 Security Deposit REQUIRED. Check-in time is between 4pm and 10pm FIRM. Out of respect for our wonderful neighbors, we enforce our local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are between 10pm & 8am.

We are dog friendly! 2 Dogs max with a $150 non-refundable fee. No aggressive breeds. Dogs must be spayed or neutered. Always clean up after your dog. Dogs are to remain off of all furniture and beds. Do not bathe dogs in sinks, tub/shower, or hot tub. Guest agrees to supervise dogs at all times and take necessary precautions to prevent damage or disturbance to the property, ensuring dogs are well-behaved, house-trained, and not a nuisance to neighbors, and never unattended in the condo. Always crate (not provided) if you will be away. Dogs MUST be leashed at all times when outside of the condo, and noise and disturbance must be limited. Dog owner is fully liable for any damages to the property and its furnishings caused by dog(s) and will be asked to pay full replacement costs of any damages. If dogs or any other animals are brought into home without prior approval or agreement, owners reserve the right immediately terminate reservation.

*Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. No refunds will be given unless we are under mandatory evacuations. In the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" event due to storms we will not grant refunds. Florida weather is unpredictable and we always recommend travel insurance.

I stayed in this beautiful condo with my family of 6 and my mom and dad. It was the perfect size for us. The place was absolutely beautiful and the views were amazing. Everything was very clean. We loved being able to go from the pool to the beach and back again to the pool/hot tub. There were plenty of beach chairs for all of us. We didn't have any issues and can't wait to go back again!

This is an incredible condo! Beautiful, bright, roomy and white glove test clean. The view is exceptional and the sunrises across the water and pier was enough to get us out of bed in the morning. Kristina is a wonderful hostess. She was extremely accommodating with questions we had, which were few. The best for us was that it was four legged friendly. You would never know dogs were aloud. This was the cleanest condo we have stayed in. We will be back!
