Beautiful 5 Star Condo right on the Beach! Breathtaking Views!!

Located directly on the beach and facing the Gulf and pier, “Sabbia Bianca" (White Sand) is the one-of-a-kind beach retreat you have been searching for! With its beloved floor-to-ceiling windows and a large tiled “glassed” balcony, this gem offers the best unobstructed views of the beautiful turquoise water, pier, and white sand beach.

Beautifully styled and decorated with over 1800 square feet of living space. It has an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The dining room table will seat 8 comfortably, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Watch the waves roll in as you prepare anything from a quick snack to a full dinner from the fully equipped kitchen. The living room and all three bedrooms have Roku equipped televisions with upgraded internet service. Games and puzzles for all ages are also available.

Wake up in bed to the view of the sun rising over nothing but endless beautiful water! The master bedroom has a king bed and a master sitting area which includes two comfortable chairs, private access to the Gulf-front balcony, and a large walk-in closet. The en-suit master bathroom has his and her sinks and oversized walk-in shower.

The 2nd bedroom with two queen beds has a private entry into the main bathroom. This bedroom also has a walk-in closet with lots of storage. A large selection of kid oriented DVD/Blu-Ray movies, books, puzzles and toys are provided for your little ones.

The 3rd bedroom is a "mini suite" with a king bed and matching dresser, and en-suite bathroom, two chairs for relaxing, and a kitchenette with mini-refrigerator, microwave, sink, custom cabinets and quartz countertops. A private balcony overlooking the Island and Sound complete this suite.

Caribbean Resort condo is an 18-floor building with only 3 units per floor, so the beach is never crowded! As a bonus, this unit includes two free beach chairs and an umbrella, with daily setup by the beach service during the summer months. A large, beachfront, heated pool and two hot tubs provide more relaxation opportunities after a day at the beach. The pool area has both open-seating area and a covered-seating area, and has showers for your convenience when returning from the beach. Outdoor charcoal grills are also also provided in the building's grilling area. This condo sleeps 8 adults in beds. It is a large unit and can accommodate up to 10 guests for groups with children. An air mattress is also provided as an additional sleeping option.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Perfect location, beautiful views, the condo was amazing and very quiet. It was well equipped with everything you might need and more. Loved having the complimentary umbrella and beach chairs and was fortunate to have lifeguards nearby. The surf was rough at times and they were very attentive. Communication with the hosts was always quick and they were prompt to send someone to fix the air conditioning in the mother in law suite, which was very appreciative. Look forward to staying there again in the near future.

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful VRBO! Cory the host was always very responsive with any question that I had before and during our stay. Beautiful Stay in Early May

We have stayed at Navarre Beach several times. We love it. This was our first time to stay at Sabbia Bianca. It was everything we wanted. It was clean, very comfortable, spacious and well stocked with all the supplies needed for an enjoyable week at the beach. The bed in the MB was very comfortable. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and relaxing for a morning cup of coffee. The hosts are great and responded quickly to our questions. Great communication. Their restaurant recommendation at Ali’s Bistro was a good choice for us. We loved the food and atmosphere. We would most certainly stay at this condo again and recommend it to others.

This was our 1st time to Navarre Beach. The location and condo far exceeded our expectations. The condo has EVERYTHING you could possibly need and want. From the amazing kitchen, very comfortable beds, to all the games and toys for our two young boys. We felt so at home the whole trip. Clean Space, Helpful Hosts

This condo was clean with an updated kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen had plenty of dishes pots and pans. We cooked a few meals and did lack for anything. The hosts were helpful, responsive and friendly. They even had a Christmas tree up.The views were great. We enjoyed the beach, pool and the hot tub.It was a perfect couple of days of family time after a hectic holiday season.

This was a perfect stop for the night on our way home to Texas from Orlando… we were just disappointed we didn’t have more time! We’ll be back in the future! Everything was beautiful and clean. This property was incredible -- even better than the pics. 3 large bedrooms plus 3 bathrooms is hard to find on the beach, and this one has everything you need. The best part was how easy the host was to communicate with. We didn't need much, but they responded to any questions within minutes and seemed genuinely committed to us having a relaxing stay. The beach was perfect. 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for us on the private beach every day (included). Everything you need --- tons of towels, beach equipment, extra chairs --- all included. You really don't need to bring anything but your clothes. We will def be back!

Perfect in every way!

This condo was one of the best we have ever stayed! The unit was beautifully updated and modern. It was the most well stocked condo we have ever rented! The owners were amazing and very responsive with any questions we had. If you have teenagers it is the perfect condo! There is so much space and the layout allows both togetherness and privacy. Navarre has been our favorite Florida destination and now we have found our favorite condo too!

Absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views.

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful condo. We stayed June 30, 2004 through July 6, 2004. We stayed at many condos in Navarre and I will have to say this was our most favorite with breathtaking views of. Once we arrived, everything was very clean and in order and even got to check in early. We watched the fireworks being shot off from the Navarre pier from the balcony, which was breathtaking from the 12th floor we were eye level and amazed. Any contact that was made with the owners was an immediate response for any questions. I can’t express the beauty of this condo with the floor to ceiling windows of the Gulf view. We will definitely be booking this condo on our return trips to Navarre. Thank you, Cory and Brittany for allowing us to stay.

Beautiful view!

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view. Everything you need is in this condo. We had a small issue and I sent an email and was answered by an email and then followed up with a phone call. Loved that it came with two chairs and umbrella on the beach.
