Hart’s Landing is a luxurious, modern and fresh three-bedroom, three-bath home on three levels that can accommodate up to eight people. You’ll find space to park two cars in the driveway and laminate floors throughout the home.
The primary bedroom is on the third floor. It has its own balcony with a view of the canal and Santa Rosa Sound. Stream your favorite shows or movies on the Smart TV thanks to the complimentary Wi-Fi. You’ll enjoy the convenience of the ensuite bathroom, featuring a quartz-topped vanity with built-in makeup table.
The second bedroom is on the second floor. It also has balcony access with a view of the neighborhood and a Smart TV. A second full bath with a single vanity and tub/shower combination is available for those occupying this bedroom.
A third bedroom and a linked full common bath with tub/shower combination and single, quartz-topped vanity are also on the second level. This bathroom is also conveniently accessible to those in the living room and the kitchen.

Wonderful experience!
The house was perfect for our needs! It had a home feel with plenty of space, amazing views, bathrooms, privacy, and easy beach access. The owners were so wonderful and quick to respond with questions about the trip before we arrived. We would love to come back again and stay longer!

Our stay
We booked this house with another family of ours & it accommodated us perfectly. We loved that we could fish out of the back yard, it was just a short walk to the beach and it had a community pool we were able to swim at which was a huge plus. The house was very clean and tidy with the beds being very comfortable. The only problem I found with this home was the nails in the outside deck were coming loose and sticking up which was an issue with us having young children but other then that we will definitely love to stay here again.

A little disappointed...
I don't like to do reviews unless they are 4 or 5 star, but I feel that it is important to share my review because people spend hard earned money and time when choosing a vacation rental. Let me first say this is house was "okay", it wasn't horrible BUT it was not 10 Stars or Exceptional as the listing reviews said at the time. The house is really beaten down. The walls and everything are in deep need of a paint job, the yard is overgrown compared to literally every other home in the community. Some homes have the feel of a home that the owner uses and then rents..it feels like home. This felt like a home that is used for one purpose which is rentals and was very plain inside and relatively cheap. We had 6 people and only about 6 towels...not a killer but aggravating for the wife to be washing towels all the time. I don't recall if beach chairs and stuff was part of the listing but it was there for you to use...however it was completely rusted and/or falling apart. I literally had to drag the wagon down the beach because the wheel is falling off. Again I want to repeat...it is a functional vacation money and probably not too bad a spend for the money but it was not exactly what I felt was pictured or expected in Navarre.

Great location
This house was great! The beach was not crowded at all considering it is one of the last neighborhoods on Navarre. We went last week of May. If you want to avoid too much tourist type stuff this is the spot. House was clean beds were comfy! The walls could use a touch up paint and the beach wagon wheel was broken but no reason to complain. Owner was awesome. Let us in 2 hrs early because the houses was ready and clean. Would stay in this house again!

A great escape with the beach to ourselves
This was a great location right at the edge of the state park where we could walk to the shore line and have the beach to ourselves. The house was spacious and updated for cooking and relaxing. Rooms were quiet and soundproofed which was great to have when putting down our toddler. I would come back again
