Welcome to Cloud 9 at Beach Colony West, your 1500 Sq Ft condo with HUGE (22' x 8') balcony directly overlooking the beach & Gulf of Mexico. Unit sleeps 6! Master BR w/ King bed, 2nd BR w/ 2 Queens. Queen Sleeper sofa in Living Room. LCD tv’s in living room and both bedrooms. Property includes largest swimming pool (50 meter, Olympic size) on Navarre Beach and also has a direct view of the longest pier in the Gulf! Beach service with beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs is also included (March through October stays)! Plenty of excellent restaurants just a short drive/walk away. Play some beach volleyball down the street at Juana's. Play tennis or pickle ball. Fishing (gear rentals available) within walking distance. Enjoy bike riding (rentals available) on path to State Park or the National Seashore. Boat, wave runner, Kayaks, & snorkeling equipment rentals available just down the street. Other local attractions include:
- Just across the Navarre Beach bridge, enjoy Thursdays in the Park free Summer Concert Series, showcasing a variety of local musicians on stage with the Navarre Sound and sunset as the backdrop!

Great place to stay. Very clean, in great shape and plenty of kitchen utensils. Owners responded very quickly to a question we had. Balcony is very nice! It was so nice to see beach towels for us to use. There was also plenty of bathroom and kitchen towels. Highly recommend this unit!

Our host Nicole was very responsive and helpful. She couldn’t have been nicer.The condo was clean and well stocked with nice towels and all kinds of kitchen items. The view was beautiful, the beach was like walking on white sugar. The water was crystal clear and aqua blue. One of my favorite beaches. We truly enjoyed being there.

Beautiful condo with amazing views! The unique shape of the balcony allows for views of the beach and the sound! Tastefully decorated and clean. The owner was a pleasure to talk to and responded quickly to messages. Beach and sand are like the caribbean, Navarre Beach is very nice.

This condo more than lives up to its name- Cloud 9! We look forward to our stay at Beach Colony Navarre each summer and have found our favorite unit yet! The owners are super sweet and even checked in to make sure that we arrived okay and had everything we needed! Their attention to detail in their home is unmatched- there was nothing that we could have needed that wasn’t already there. This was a perfect vacation and we hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful overall experience in Navarre while visiting for our family reunion! We had 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and a very active 3 year old in our group. The pictures are spot on for what to expect and we had plenty of room to have our own spaces. The kitchen was a game-changer - being able to cook and stay in as a family was fantastic! Same with the in-room laundry for taking care of wet beach/pool clothes. The balcony is a lovely spot for breakfast or sunsets as well. The pictures give a great peek at the view! We loved the games and supplies for the beach in the room - our son especially loved Connect 4 and Dominoes, since we could get creative together. The proximity to the beach and the pool was fantastic - we spent multiple nights out at the facility's pool and loved it! Some of us also walked over to the pier for fishing and restaurants and liked the close proximity there as well. We did have some small hiccups along the way, but the host was extremely responsive with communication and we had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Balcony with a view

While the door code didnt work at first, the owner was very responsive in correcting the issue, and texted me a new code within minutes. The condo is beautiful, spacious, well stocked, and has a wonderful balcony with spectacular views. This was our first visit to Navarre and it was less crowded than other beaches we have visited. Highly recommend.

The condo was clean and just as pictured. The response was fast to any question. The pool was wonderful. The balcony was my favorite place to hang out and it had so much space. I would definitely recommend this space and plan to return next year.

Cloud 9 was a wonderful stay and wonderful view of the Gulf and the bay. The owners we're wonderful hosts and easy to get a hold of if you have any questions. We ate at some good local seafood restaurants, the ones we liked the most:In Pensacola: Flounders, fun atmosphere with outside seating, vollyball, cornhole and a kids playground.Fort Walton: Boshamps and Old Bay Steamers

Perfect View!

My family and I loved this property!The condo was very clean, updated, and the balcony was amazing. It's HUGE! It's perfect for drinking morning coffee and reading a book as well as for having a nightcap while listening to the waves crash. The beach has stunning white sand with crystal clear water which we all enjoyed. We were able to put on masks and find several hermit crabs in shells, sand dollars, and saw several other fish on the ocean floor as well. We did have two days with quite a few jellyfish in the water, but this is obviously no fault of the owner.We had a great week and we loved our first time to the Navarre Beach area.
