This property features a “wrap around” Gulf front balcony with plenty of seating and crystal-clear water scenes that make you never want to leave your view. Yet, the sugar white sands and tranquil surf entice you to explore the beach and pool. Sunrises and Sunsets are incredible and will make you want to wake up early and go to bed late.

This condo was refurbished in 2024 with fresh paint, hardwood floors and many updates. The Master bedroom features a King size bed with easy private access to your balcony and the Gulf Coast. The attached bathroom has a double vanity, whirlpool tub and walk in shower. The Second bedroom offers a new King size Bed Suite with a private full bathroom and a view of Navarre Sound. The Beach Town of Navarre itself has plenty of amenities, groceries and restaurants. However, with the fishing pier and next-door restaurants and bars, there may be few reasons to cross back over the bridge to the town of Navarre during your stay.
