At last, an HIE that one can rave about. The staff is friendly, the welcome warm-- fresh Otis Spunkmeyer cookies and, starting at 17:30, 2 free beers to go with the hot dogs made ready in the breakfast area. Our room, with its two comfortable queen size beds and couch and coffee table, was huge. There was a kitchen sink to go with the usual microwave and frig, and even the odd cereal bowl. The whole was spotless and, for once, we didn't have to remove the toilet roll from the dispenser. The bathtub was slick, but maintenance swore that it would acid wash the surface after we checked out. Hope so, cause as is the tub is an accident waiting to happen, and these fine folks do not deserve that headache.

We recently stayed here over Mardi Gras weekend, friendly staff, clean and quiet room at the end of the hall. We walked the 3-4 blocks into downtown to catch the parade on Friday night and eventually returned to the hotel later via the complimentary casino shuttle. The walk was enjoyable and fairly quiet and we stopped to look at the river overlook at Fort Rosalie along the route. Definitely recommend and will stay again if back in the area.

We stayed there during New Years. The hotel was spotless. People in room above us must have had children. They made a lot of noise. The heat in our room malfunctioned in the middle of the night. The lady from the front desk came up and tried to fix it. She offered to move us to another room. I will stay there again.

Great hotel, clean and comfy with friendly staff - our issue was the room - although really clean and comfortable it was beside/opposite the air conditioning cupboard and all night you got a loud hum and noise from the units for (I can only assume) the whole floor or hotel this disturbed my sleep which was a shame also this was a “feature” room - not sure what that meant - it cost more but was obviously in the wrong place

Hubby and I took a spur of the moment road trip and landed in Natchez. I used my free night for this place and I’m glad I didn’t pay for it. While the staff was really friendly, that’s about where it ends. Upon arrival, check in was fast and staff was nice. Going to the elevators, There was a “dog” smell near the elevators that was awful, the elevators smelled bad and the floor we stayed on had an un pleasant smell to it as well. The room was quite spacious and a/c worked well. Pillows were very uncomfortable and bed was a little too hard for my liking. Rooms need to be soundproofed. We could hear the doors slamming and conversations in the room next door. Quite annoying I would say. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

We stayed here with all 3 kids! We had a suite with 2 comfortable queen beds and a sofa sleeper. The small kitchenette was perfect for us. The location is across from the visitor center. The area was nice and quiet. The inn is clean and the breakfast was plenty. There were plenty of choices.

Clean, quiet professional place to stay overnight. We appreciated the evening snacks. The breakfast was typical HIE - how I wish the pancakes would disappear. One note of caution re the bath, the shower head is high and unreadable by shorter people. Also the tub edge can be slippery.

This is the 2nd year we’ve stayed here for balloon races.. it’s only a short walk to downtown! The staff was great, very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean! We had a nice view.. of course the only picture I have shows the ugly storm that was brewing!

also this Holiday Inn Express fulfilled our expectation regarding quiet Hotel, quiet and comfortable room with good beds, clean bath and good shower, tasty complimentary breakfast and complimentary and well working WiFi, convenient location for all the Natchez attractions

We came here because a reservation at a vacation rental had failed. Staff were most helpful in arranging proximity of our rooms. Breakfast was adequate, especially the sweet rolls and coffee. Parking free and ample. Easy access to highway and town.
