Satisfatório, mais poderia ter sido melhor.

O quarto é muito confortável, o estacionamento é um apertado, mais os funcionários, sempre dão auxilio. Uma coisa ruim foi não ter café da manhã. incomoda muito a gente ter que se preocupar com isso. Teve um problema no chuveiro, mais logo foi corrigido.

Prejuízo no carro dentro do estacionamento do hotel. Não foi boa a estadia desta vez. Disseram ter visto as imagens e não notar nada, contudo o carro ficou estacionao o tempo todo por lá.

O hotel é bem localizado, funcionários prestativos, o que é sofrível é o café da manhã...pães e folhados repetidos (se sobrou eles utilizam no próximo dia), pouca variedade (sempre os mesmos bolos, frutas, pães), a tapioca é de espessura grosseira (e não preparam na hora), bolos e pães tem mais sabor de farinha que de outro ingrediente, o pão de queijo é horrível (pronto para assar da pior qualidade). A estadia pode ser regular a boa para quem fica no máximo 3 dias, eu fiquei bastantes dias e pude notar esses detalhes do café da manhã. Ele compensa pelo valor da diária (pra quem não vai ficar muito no hotel e nem utilizar a piscina) e pela localização, pois tem tudo perto (restaurante, farmácia, padaria e morro do careca).

Bom Hotel, porém com ressalvas.

Bom Hotel, porém, serviço Wi-Fi de péssima qualidade. Arrumação do quarto poderia ser melhor, pois tive que pedir para varreram o chão, que após 2 dias não havia sido varrido. Cama boa, porém, o cobre leito (colcha) era de solteiro em posição horizontal. Ao invés de fazer uso de colcha de casal, foi utilizado uma de solteiro. Café da manhã razoável. Os recepcionistas do hotel poderiam ser mais simpáticos com os clientes do hotel.

A estadia foi péssima. Hotel antigo, com cheiro de mofo, não possui tomadas para carregar eletrônicos, a chave de acesso do quarto não funcionou todos os dias, foi um estresse grande. Os funcionários mal treinados e com má vontade para atender.

Não voltaria.

Não voltaria. Logo no primeiro dia, algum funcionário em posse da chave de meu carro o invadiu durante a madrugada e danificou meu equipamento de câmera veicular, não só a desmontando como quebrando a base que a gruda no vidro. Ainda assim, ninguém nos ofereceu o suporte devido. Ninguém do hotel dizia ter acesso às câmeras, o funcionário no período do incidente não possuía celular para contatarem ele e tentar entender o que ocorreu, etc. Péssimo. Fomos embora com a promessa de analisarem as imagens, mas confesso não ter expectativas na resolução disso por parte do hotel. Outra situação desagradável foi que não limparam nosso quarto. Deixamos o aviso na porta de "Favor arrumar o quarto" e leram "Não perturbe". Como o serviço é somente até às 16:00, não houve limpeza.

Bom custo beneficio

O hotel tem uma ótima localização, perto dos principais pontos sem interesse de Ponta Negra. O café da manhã tem uma razoável variedade de opções. A limpeza dos quartos é deficitária. Em alguns dias não houve reposição de toalha de rosto. O hotel não oferece serviço de ligações interurbanas, o que dificulta a comunicação de fixo para fixo. Apesar dos pontoando negativos, considero ainda um bom custo beneficio.
