Reclamação sobre hospedagem – Estadia de 06 a 11/01/2026 Prezados, Venho, por meio deste, registrar reclamação formal acerca da minha hospedagem realizada no período de 06 a 11 de janeiro de 2026, reserva efetuada por intermédio da plataforma Hoteis.com. Durante a minha permanência, foram constatadas diversas falhas que comprometeram significativamente a qualidade da hospedagem e não condizem com as informações e expectativas geradas no momento da reserva, a saber: Café da manhã com pouquíssima variedade, com oferta de pães dormidos e ausência de itens básicos, como ovos. Fui informada de que, caso desejasse tal item, deveria solicitá-lo diretamente à cozinha, o que considero inadequado para o padrão anunciado. Quarto em condições insatisfatórias, com piso inacabado, além de problemas visíveis em paredes e banheiro, demonstrando falta de manutenção. Espelho pequeno, de má qualidade e localizado em ambiente escuro, dificultando o uso. Travesseiros em péssimo estado, extremamente desconfortáveis. Roupas de cama encardidas, passando sensação de falta de higiene e cuidado. Serviço de Wi-Fi inoperante, não funcionando durante a estadia, apesar de constar como comodidade oferecida. Tais situações impactaram negativamente minha experiência, causando transtornos e desconforto ao longo de toda a hospedagem. Os funcionários sao educados sobre elrs só elogios

Recomendo Cadastur Abih, uma minuciosa inspeção no apartamento 05 térreo, pois exala mofo e infiltrações , quando chegamos da rua por volta das 2hs havia muita água, prontamente um funcionário limpou e não foi feito a troca por não estar com 100% na ocupação , um caos , lamento ainda não ter fotografado , apenas testemunhas.
