The space
Private, exclusive and nature free, jogging path cycle lane and hiking. It is one of the building nearest to the beach, If you would like to cook, there is a stove and an oven. Kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils. No towels and toiletries provided please bring some or u can rent at pico for a minimal price. Check in time: 2pm
Check out: 12noon
Self Check-in: 5pm onwards

After payment transaction has been done, send me all guest names and ages for the forms which i will give you and you will present upon entry in pico. :) Upon receiving the forms which i will send to you, please print them and provide a valid ID upon registration and check in.

If you wish to check in early or check out late let me know, if there's no guest before or after your stay, i usually allow guest request. :)

In additional to condo rental fee, there is also an entrance fee(good for the duration of your stay):

*Peak Season (All Weekdays of March to June and December) and (All Weekend of July to November, January and February)

Entrance fee includes the usage of PICO BEACH, COUNTRY CLUB POOL, SHOWER ROOMS, LOCKER ROOMS, and SHUTTLE SERVICE AROUND THE VICINITY.
Plus, 1080 for the cash card. P1000 is consumable and P80 for the card. Valid for one year.
(The CASH CARD (works like Timezone card) is the form of payment. Only 1 Cash Card will do for the whole group. It's not per person and it's optional. A minimum of Php 1,000 can be loaded to the cash card and it's ready for use to get beach and pool towels, renting jet skis and any other sports activities. Use this cash card also at the beach front Reef Bar/Restaurant and country club restaurant-Lagoa.)
We have also indoor activities and outdoor activities with extra charges.

DURING YOUR STAY!!
• Admin office requires a copy of your valid government issued I.D for endorsement purposes upon registration and upon check in. Rest assured that this will be treated as highly confidential and will only be used to its intended purpose.
• Only registered guests whose names are on the list are only allowed to enter the unit.
• Be mindful of other guests, Do your best to ensure other guests are enjoying their stay as much as you are by being mindful of your noise level.
• Night Time peace & quiet period : 10PM to 6AM.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the unit & balcony. Unit is equipped with fire & smoke alarms for your safety. There’s a designated smoking area just outside the canopy at the ground floor.
• Cooking is allowed except dried fish and squid. No grilling inside the condo unit. There’s a designated area for grilling.
• Guests are expected to take care of all the fixtures and decorations found inside our unit.
• Turn off the aircondition unit & other electrical appliances before leaving the apartment or when not in use.
• Do not hang anything on balcony to avoid fine by the admin.
• Dispose your garbage properly. Every floor has a garbage chute to throw in your garbage.
• Do not place your garbage in the hallways & balcony.
• Do not flush tissues/ napkins into the toilet bowl.
• Lost or Damage Keys will be charge P2000.
• Please don’t forget to lock the door when going out. We are not responsible or liable to any loss.
• Guests shall be responsible for personal injuries, accidents or damage/loss to guests personal belongings sustained in the unit or within the building premises.
• Hold-out deposit. We required security deposit which is amounting of 3,000/unit. All house rules must be follow accordingly. Penalty will be apprehended/charge upon check out!
