Located in the quiet, residential enclave of Skyline Heights, this house offers a level of privacy and space rarely found in New Providence. The home is situated on a lush lot characterized by mature mango, avocado, and poinciana trees. It is a secure, family-oriented neighborhood that maintains the classic charm of "Old Nassau" while remaining centrally located.

There are two other cottages on the property that have tenants (they keep themselves to themselves). You cannot see their cottages from the main house and they do not have access to the pool.
