This property is a hideaway close to the center of Nashville. It is like an island and we spend a great time in this beautifully decorated house. Erin is a great host an artist. We recommend to visit her gallery.

Great home with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Great for our family to see some of the Nashville sites before a family wedding. Great kitchen!! We loved the play area and easy access to shopping and freeway. Host was great to work with. Would definitely love to stay again

Great place to stay!
Close to downtown Nashville, nearby to restaurants and stores, but quiet. House looked just like the pictures. Ample amounts of towels, toilet paper and other toiletries provided. Plenty of room for our party of 9. The host was responsive to all questions. Definitely recommend

Perfect for us!
The property was awesome! If you are going to experience downtown uber and Lyfts are quick and accessible. The host was great! We stayed for 4 days and really enjoyed our time as friends there. 10/10 recommend for anyone with a large group looking to stay and spend time together!

Great Stay
We had a group of 10 stay here for almost a week and it was great. I loved that the house felt like you were tucked away from the world but so accessible to the city. I appreciated that we never ran out of wash cloths or towels. Overall a great stay! We’d for sure stay here again!

Great Christmas Stay
Our family, from 3 states, gathered here for Christmas 2023. We came to Tennessee because one of our children and his family live in Hendersonville and we wanted to spend time in the area.
This house was perfect for our family. The open floor plan allowed us to stay close even when we were cooking and the large table allowed us to all eat together.
It rained a bit so we were not able to spend as much time outside as we would have liked but the kids enjoyed the swings and we all enjoyed the wonderful field. We played pickleball, frisbee and football, as well as, just let the kids run around.
Our host Erinn was always available to ensure we had everything we needed. They even had a pre lit Christmas tree. I would highly recommend this rental if you are needing a place in the area.
