Stay was average at best due to the following issues. 1. The room was very poorly lit with only a few lights. 2. The wall mounted heater would make a very loud noise when running causing us to turn it off so that we could sleep and therefore the room getting colder than we wanted. 3. staff was not at the desk when we came back from our event at night and the only staff in the morning was the person trying to keep up with the breakfast with a sign that said to drop key in the box so we could not tell anyone about the heater. 4. The breakfast was mid at best with stale cereal and gravy that was from a can and probably generic at that. 5. The parking lot had not been cleared of snow very well causing many piles of snow and patches of ice to contend with.

I had car trouble and the owner of this hotel was incredibly kind and helpful. He allowed me to stay past the checkout time to wait for my husband to pick me up. He allowed us to keep our car in the parking lot over night after we left until a tow truck could take it. We always stay here while in Nashville. We always will!

Work out equipment didn't work, tried both elliptical and treadmill both were broken. Pool was nice but didn't have towels stocked on one occasion when we went swimming so had to use our room towels. Breakfast was not great. Honestly the second day it looked like a they had just warmed up leftovers from the day before. Overall an okay hotel but definitely room for improvement.
