Janice was an amazing hostess! Edith's Farm wowed us from the moment we walked through the doors! We arrived after dark to a beautifully lit, warm and inviting home. Each room was so tastefully decorated. We traveled with our daughter and her 4 children (7, 5, 3, 18 mths). This was the perfect place for all of us.

The host was quick and gracious in her responses before and during our stay. The house was absolutely perfect for us. It was welcoming, comfortable, well stocked with towels, tea and coffee, and all the little things that make a house feel like home. The window views of the grounds were so lovely. What you see in listing description and photos is what you get. It's as lovely as it looks. We would definitely consider staying here again.

This place was perfect! It offered everything we needed and much more. We enjoyed taking advantage of the ping pong table, pool table, and not to mention a few games of poker. The beds were very comfortable. This place was secluded but not too far away from town. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Thank you so much for opening up your home for us to stay. You knocked great hospitality out of the park!

The host did a beautiful job making this one of the best rentals yet! From start to finish was an amazing time. The host were very quick to respond and help with any needs. Everything we needed!!!

With 3 adults and 5 teenagers this house had everything we needed! Tons of room, enough comfortable beds and a lot of different games/activities to keep you entertained!! I am pretty picky about cleanliness and I can tell you it was super clean! Very close to the grocery store too. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful!

What a gem! This home has every amenity you can possibly need while on vacation, the owners really have put a lot of thought into the small things that make a visit extra special. The house is full of wonderful fine art. The master bed was so comfortable. Plenty of room for our family of 9. We enjoyed many of the yard games available outdoors, the fire pit, and board games and billiards/ping pong indoors. We loved relaxing on the back patio watching the cows, deer, turkey and groundhogs. After our 3 day stay my husband commented that he wanted to stay a few days longer. Wonderful relaxing vacation home!

Family Time

We came for a family wedding at Terrian Farm. We stayed six days. The house provided an excellent base for all of our activities, including Nashville sites, state parks, the Hermitage, and several interesting venues. Our time at the house was made enjoyable by all the games activities, both inside and out of the house for the four young adults that were with us. Usually, we bring lots of necessities with us. However, this house provided everything. They even had the house decorated for the fall season with such cute ideas. This was the best VRBO I ever rented.

We stayed here during my sons wedding weekend. We wanted a home where we could be together as a family. This home did not disappoint. We felt comfortable and cosy just like we were at our own home. Birthday parties for our kids

My husband and I are from Tennessee and live in Indiana now. We haven’t had birthday parties for our kids in the 3 years we have lived there due to no family around. We decide to come home this year and have one. Janice and Jill give us the chance to be able to host a birthday party with our family and friends for our kids. We loved every minute of it and the house was beautiful and the yard front and back was huge enough that our kids got to run around and enjoy the time with their cousins. I don’t think I can put it in words how much we appreciated the chance to give our kids memories with their family. Thank you again
