Typically all hotels that are pet friendly charge a PET FEE. It is for the extra cleaning of the room and the convenience of bringing your pet with you. It is disheartening that you would score the hotel a 1 because you had to follow hotel policy. There are signs posted all over the hotel and the website. We pride ourselves on a clean hotel which you experienced and great customer service which you received. I am sorry the FREE breakfast wasn't to your liking. It seems that we are not a good fit for you, so when traveling to the area please choose another hotel. Any reservation with your name will be cancelled.Management
