We are a boutique Guest House in the heart of 12 South. We provide complementary local coffee in every suite. Our location is in one of the best neighborhoods in Nashville. You can walk to just about anything you may desire. If you want to just sit, have a drink and people watch, we have a seat for you on our balcony overlooking all of the action on 12th Ave South. While you're in our sweet 12 South neighborhood, you have to try Urban Grub. They have all kinds of yummy food and the atmosphere is unique. It is one of the original neighborhood establishments. Edley's has great food, fresh off the smoker, if you are wanting to try Nashville barbecue. We provide coffee but go for a cup of morning Joe on your walk in the district. Visit Frothy Monkey , then get your picture made in front of the world famous “I believe In Nashville “ mural.
You need to have brunch at Josephine's if possible. Cool vibe, wonderful food and cocktails. We have great boutique shopping up and down the street. Most are all locally owned and operated.

We love the location of this property. It was well-maintained and clean. The bed and bedding was so comfortable. Wish I could have taken it home with me. The host had excellent communication. Directions were very clear. The unit is on a top level with many stairs (30) to access it. Anyone with mobility issues could likely have difficulty with this. Parking was not a problem whatsoever, even with a busy Halloween weekend. I would definitely recommend this property for a couple, but not really younger children.

The host was so responsive to everything. Any message I sent they literally would respond within a couple of minutes. Our VRBO was beautiful, it was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. My daughter and I had a great day and will probably try to get this property again.

The property, the location and the property manager were all excellent! We even extended our stay for 3 days because we were enjoying it so much. 18 days in total and we didn't even get cabin fever. If we felt cooped up, we opened the doors to the balcony, went for a walk in the neighborhood and visited the beautiful park or headed downtown Nashville. Great people and great property! we visit often and will stay again when we do.

A GEM in the heart of Nashville!

Location, location, location! Safe, fun, family-friendly neighborhood with a great vibe. Within walking distance of so many amazing restaurants and shops. A 10-minute Uber to everything else. Well-appointed, clean and spacious - perfect for our mother/daughter trip but would also work for couples, single travelers and more. Enjoyed watching all the action from our balcony. Loved the extra touch of local coffee and a French press! Scarlett and Mark were informative, helpful hosts. As a former Nashvillian, I APPROVE and will DEFINITELY make this a repeat stay when I'm in town.

The apartment was great!! Location, cleanliness, in unit washer & dryer …. Awesome!Only note I have - and I may have missed it - is to be aware there is no elevator so bringing all your luggage up the many stairs may be a factor. We would definitely stay here again!!

The Perfect Place to Stay

I really liked my short stay in Nashville. Nightly price was competitive. The condo was spacious and clean. The host(s) were friendly and responsive. Every morning, I grabbed some coffee from White Bison and every night I had a night cap at one of the many restaurants on 12th. Perfect starting/drop off point for me via Uber. Space was quiet too. I would definitely stay here again.
