Not clean

We paid $275 worth of cleaning fees only to come into an apartment with old food on the kitchen floor, dead bugs everywhere, and the bathtub drain covered in human hair and mold. When we mentioned it to the host they made no effort to remedy the situation. It sucks having to clean your vrbo the second you walk in the door so it is usable after spending so much money.

We arrived and 15 minutes later we left. Trip was ruined! Dirty, overwhelming smell of air freshners, Stained comforter, bugs.
