Perfect in Many Ways!

We just returned from a weekend stay with girlfriends and we cannot say enough wonderful things about our place. Kara was so pleasant and wonderful to work with. She kindly made every accommodation for us that we requested if at all possible. The unit itself is beautifully decorated, the beds are super comfy and it’s truly the most most well-stocked VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate every foreseeable guest need. The outside shared rooftop access was larger than we expected with a very nice elongated gas firepit, multiple groupings of dining tables and chairs and was also beautifully lit with cafe lights at night. Also the location is perfect if people in your group run on different schedules. Being right in town made it so convenient to come and go to the many shops and restaurants as we pleased. During our weekend we received a great deal of rain which resulted in considerable flooding in areas surrounding Nashville. Kara made sure to update us multiple times regarding upcoming weather conditions and road closures. When needed, she was very available with quick responses to questions. I truly can’t say enough good things!

Cutest Place, Close to Downtown

Everything was top notch! The apartment was clean, SO cute, and just as pictured. The host had an amazing attention to detail anticipating anything we could need during our stay. I would highly recommend anyone I know to stay here and can't wait to come back with my family.

Fantastic location and stay!

We had a girls’ weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The 3-bedroom, 2-full bath is as advertised being clean and nicely and warmly appointed. The location is in the heart of Nashville, and Kara goes above and beyond to provide everything you might need, from directions to toiletries to kitchen appliances, glasses, etc. One dedicated parking space is provided immediately next to the building, and there is plenty of parking nearby, if needed. The shared rooftop patio is very nice, and we made new friends with the others sharing the space. (The rooms were quiet even with the shared roof space). It’s a great, walkable location. I highly recommend you read Kara’s emails for more tips on making your way around Nashville. She helps make it a lovely experience!

I will be returning

The entire place was beautiful but not over the top. It felt very much like home. Everything was in great condition, I have zero complaints. I feel like beds in rentals are horrendous. Not this one, they clearly spent money on them and it paid off. We could walk to everything we needed. I will be returning.

Nicest rental we have stayed in

We loved our stay in 3-West at the Barn Burner. Everything was great. The information sent ahead of time was complete and very helpful about check in, parking, and general “need to know” info. The rental was very clean with everything you need. The kitchen has nice appliances with all kinds of pans and utensils for cooking, plenty of dishes, silverware and glassware. The linens were plentiful. The beds comfortable. The location was great for walking to shops and restaurants. Brown County State Park was five minutes down the road. Kara and Clint have thought of everything that you need to have a pleasant stay. If ever in Nashville again, we would love to stay at the Barn Burner.
