Small property excellent for couples and relaxation. It is in the middle of a neighborhood which the photos do not reflect. Walking distance to the beach with views from upper floors. Lovely rooftop deck. Staff is wonderful.

The Break is a well done boutique hotel. From the fish tank in the lobby to the heated floors in the bathroom everything was top notch. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was super clean and the attention to pandemic protocol was impressive. Can’t wait to go back!
Beautiful boutique hotel in magnetic Narragansett. Not on the beach but close to Point Judith, Scarborough and 10 min drive to Narragansett beach. Chair 5 food delicious, as was the complimentary breakfast. Heated saltwater pool sparkling clean! Every staff person was delightful and the room very comfortable. Definitely stay here if you are in the area.
The lobby was very inviting and beautifully decorated. The rooms were also very nice and comfortable. The room and the bathroom were both spotless -- extremely clean. The room has lots of nice conveniences like a coffee bar and a mini fridge. Also, bottled water for the coffee, which was great. The food at the restaurant was also very good and the continental breakfast was excellent, with hot and cold choices. We would absolutely stay there again.
Great staff, clean & cozy rooms. The only minor hassle was finding the WiFi password. I could not find it in the room or any of the papers I was provided. Probably because I was checking in late( after 10pm). Other than that everything was really great.
We loved the heated floor and technology upgrades. Staff friendly and helpful.
