This adorable cottage is located at the end of a quiet, dead-end street and is only a short walk to Roger Wheeler State Beach. The modest interior features an open living/dining/kitchen area and an enclosed porch that sleeps an extra person. The living room comes equipped with a 50" smart TV. Sliding doors in the kitchen open onto a spacious two level deck, which comes complete with outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill. The second level deck has a beautiful waterfront view. A large side yard is perfect for outdoor games on a summer afternoon.

August in Narragansett is lovely.

The property was very clean upon arrival. There were some issues: The table umbrella on the deck was broken, the railing on the deck had a broken spindle, the lights over the bed in the front room did not work, the trash was not put out by previous tenants and there was trash in the street and on the property. We called Durkin and the trash was picked up quickly, which we appreciated. We found the LR furniture to be pretty uncomfortable. The throw pillows helped, but not enough. The bathroom was very clean and modern. The kitchen was fairly well equipped but lacked decent (sharp) knives for food prep. The location was good and a quick walk to our friends' rental on Stanton Street which had beach access. We enjoyed out stay but the items listed were unfortunate given the weekly rental fee.
