Magnificent villa in Santa Caterina di Nardò, a splendid location a stone's throw from Gallipoli and with one of the most beautiful promenades in all of Salento. The villa is located on a small hill facing the sea in a very elegant context and is surrounded by greenery. It is a villa on two levels: on the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a triple bedroom (see photo), a large eat-in kitchen with large outdoor area, two bathrooms, and a large living room with large veranda overlooking the main garden ( bedrooms, kitchen and living room all with private air conditioning). In the lounge there is also a 50 "TV (if you have sky bring the decoder and the card, the satellite dish is already there) and a stereo with USB port; on the ground floor there is an independent apartment with four beds (one bedroom double bed and a bunk bed in a separate room), a small bathroom, and a living room with kitchenette overlooking the main garden which can accommodate several parking spaces. It's all private.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.

vacanza perfetta come questa bellissima villa

La villa si trova a pochi metri dal mare in una posizione iper panoramica dal terrazzo si vede tutto il golfo di Gallipoli, mentre dalla veranda al piano padronale si può ammirare un panorama mozzafiato che oltrepassa le "Quattro colonne". Il sig. Luigi è stato sempre molto disponibile e ci ha dato ottimiconsigli circa i tanti bei posticini della zona. Vacanza da ripetere.

Confortevole ma posizione non corrispondente alle indicazioni

Villa grande e confortevole soprattutto nell’ampio soggiorno e sulla terrazza (per godere la vista mare che si vede dalla fotografie bisogna tuttavia salire sul solaio). Meno confortevole la posizione se si hanno bambini o ragazzi in cerca di autonomia: 10 minuti a piedi dal mare di scogli (adatto solo a chi nuota) e 15 dal paesino di Santa Caterina (distanze che si “dilatano” nel percorso di ritorno in villa tutto in salita). Inoltre la posizione della villa sul sito è errata: se si seguono le coordinate qui poste si arriva ad un bed and breakfast fronte mare, non alla villa. La casa ha l'aria condizionata al primo piano mentre l'appartamentino al piano terra ne è sprovvisto, risultando assai sconfortevole. Tutta la casa manca inoltre di zanzariere senza le quali è impossibile - almeno nel mese di agosto - aprire le finestre senza essere invasi da zanzare. L'aspetto più positivo della villa è la vicinanza alla Riserva Naturale di Porto Selvaggio. Riserva alla quale si accede direttamente dalla pineta retrostante la casa muniti di scarpe da ginnastica e acqua.

Abbiamo trovato la casa pulitissima La villa si trova in un contesto fantastico in una località estremamente inn. Il giardino è enorme e ci abbiamo comodamente parcheggiato 3 auto. Proprietario serio preciso e puntuale. Gallipoli ad un tiro di schioppo. Consigliatissima per gruppi numerosi e per famiglie.
