Overall the stay was comfortable. The room was clean, the reception person was very kind and helpful, and the heating worked on a day it started getting colder. My only advice would be to put a caution stripe on the step in the entrance with some yellow tape as my motehr tripped there and was told it was even a known issue. Just a small safety adjustment that can go a long way for all future guests safety. Would stay again.

What a great little hotel across from the Narbonne Gare! We were warmly welcomed by the front desk person and though we never assume a safe place to park our bicycles, they were super accommodating. And, the lovely gentleman helped me schlep our panniers up the stairs. Above and beyond! The room was very, very clean and more spacious than we would have expected from the photos. And, quiet too despite being on a busy street and across from the station. Highly recommend! Note, there is no elevator and the stairs are steep.

We had a very good experience. The room was very clean. The hotel staff was incredibly kind and attentive. We had help bringing our bags up the steps, which was unexpected but so helpful. We are so grateful to have had such a great stay, and we would highly recommend to others.

Excellent hotel right opposite the train station and close to town centre. ( walking distance 10 mins) Hotel is quiet considering it is so close to the station and the owner is very helpful. Thank you for a great stay.

Great hotel only steps from the train station. We here overnight on a way to Barcelona. Manager is super friendly and nice. It helped carry our luggage up to our room...no elevator. Has a few places to eat within walking distance from the hotel.

Perfect location for a one night stop over. Right opposite the station in Narbonne, and an easy walk into the town. Early check in was available when we arrived, which was much appreciated.

This was a property across from the railway station with a lovely room with all amenities. The only thing I recommend before going is to pack a small bag for the night as there is no lift, but perfect for me
