Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it consists of a lovely 45 m² living room, an open-plan equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms, including a master suite with a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 45 m² living room with TV, sofas, and portable air conditioning available
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a bathroom (with walk-in shower and toilet)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190)
- A laundry room with toilet and washing machine
