The house is equipped with the following : fridge with freezer, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hob, toilet and microwave.a hob, air conditioning, plenty of wall cabinets, storage, a table, 4 chairs, stools, a TV in each bedroom and a TV in the dining room).
Outside is a tree-lined terrace with a table with 6 chairs, a parasol, a plancha, an outdoor tap and a drying rack.
The property is located 4 minutes walk from the sea, the port and the Clape (massif integrated into the Narbonnaise Regional Natural Park in the Mediterranean) equally.
