Multiple places in the hallways where the drywall was broken off the corners exposing metal corner edge. Sink drain seemed to be disconnected from stem. Breakfast bar was a disappointment unless you like corn flakes and bagels. Thankfully the room was clean but the building needs to be refreshed.

Immaculate cleanliness. Excellent and courteous staff. Parking was a nightmare. If you know that over half of your clientele is driving trucks and hauling trailers, there should be ample parking. One truck and trailer occupied ten "regular parking spaces", and one RV occupied five parking spaces. Only open space was on the opposite side of the property from my room. Breakfast was extremely limited.

Handicap bathroom was worth the stay.

For the most part, everything was really good. The handicap bathroom went above and beyond what I expected. They even included a transfer chair to shower on. The only problem I had was I broke a bottle of Cologne. I cleaned up the cologne but couldn't pick up the broken glass, housekeeping came in and cleaned up the towels and everything but left the broken glass on the floor.
