This is a very comfortable, well furnished unit!! It has everything one would need...washer dryer, modern kitchen, large screen TV, comfortable lanai. I would note that the place is extremely quiet at night... we were never bothered by sounds of any kind at bedtime. Also, the location is great...only about a 15 minute drive to Marco Island. The owners don't live nearby, but they have tools in place using wifi (door lock etc.) which makes it seem like they live close by. We only needed the owners' help on the day of arrival when we had a problem with the code to open the gate at the entrance to the development. Fortunately, the owners were there when we needed them and we got right in. They then unlocked the door to the unit for us using the wifi doorlock. There is one king bed and another bedroom with two twins. I would recommend this as a comfortable place to stay for a modest sized family.

Christmas Stay

This place is located in a nice gated community. Our family enjoyed the pickle ball courts and the pool in the neighborhood. The house had plenty of room for the five of us. The kitchen had everything we needed to make all our meals. The place was very clean and supplied with beach chairs. We had questions and they were answered right away.
