We decided to share our beautiful second home in Naples Park with the world—because it’s simply too cozy not to be enjoyed year-round.

Feel welcome to relax and embrace the Florida lifestyle in our fully equipped home featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Unwind on the front porch or enjoy the privacy of the screened lanai overlooking our beautiful backyard.
Feeling hungry and in the mood for a BBQ? No problem—our grill is ready to go!
You can also prepare and enjoy your meals in our very well-appointed kitchen.

The beach is just minutes away. Ride one of our bikes and reach Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park or Vanderbilt Beach in about 5 minutes, or enjoy a pleasant 15-minute walk. Beach equipment is provided for your convenience.
Take a stroll through this friendly and charming neighborhood, close to great dining, shopping, the Mercato, and more.
If you’re bringing a car, you can park in front of our attached garage, with plenty of space for an additional vehicle.
For families traveling with children, a Pack’n Play and baby bed with toys are available. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is included, just as TV-streaming.

Although our stay in Maren and Stephan’s home was not a planned vacation visit , we will certainly be reserving this home again in late fall, their home was absolutely perfect, pretty yard with privacy at a perfect location for beaching and shopping, home was nicely decorated and beds very comfortable,Stephan and Maren left nothing to be desired, their home was equipped with everything you would need and more, including all the fun items for beaching for family enjoyment, grill and bicycles and more, very comfortable home in a nice quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the beach! All the amenities you could think of was such a plus, we had a little hiccup with one of the bedroom televisions (no fault of Stephan name Marens) my 80 year old mother could not figure out how to change the programming ,I emailed Stephan and he responded back immediately with a message how to go on tv ( which was actually already made available in there welcoming packet ugh!!) mentioning this because Stephan was about to board a plane and took his time to message back) you will not be disappointed in reserving this home! And the reservation process through vrbo was incredibly easy and convenient! I am a fan of vrbo as I have stayed in homes on their site multiple times in Oregon and other states in the past!Thank you again Stephan and Maren, we look forward to staying in you lovely home again in the fall ! Wonderful High Quality Property

A very nicely remodeled and well maintained 3 bedroom home, with everything we needed for a great stay. Great back patio and backyard with a nice grill. Only a one mile or so bike ride to the beach and the property came with 5 high quality bikes and the bike trailer was great for pulling all the beach gear, which was also included! Wonderful property, thank you!

Clean, well designed Naples Park home

We enjoyed our stay in this roomy 3 bed/2 bath Naples Park home. Close to Delnor-Wiggins beach and Vanderbilt Beach (with parking ramp, so walkable from ramp to beach). Excellent selection of bicycles and beach equipment. Great kitchen/dining area. Well done landscaping with screened porch in back, and Adirondack chair seating in the front. Highly recommend.
