This newly decorated open and airy condo on the fourth floor has sunrise views from lanai and sunset views from front entrance. It includes a covered parking spot a few feet away from entrance/elevator. This 2 bedroom condo comfortably sleeps 4. There are 3 flat screen cable HD televisions in bedrooms and living area; which include DVR on main TV and master bedroom. The main TV is a Smart TV (if wanted to use personal Netflix code, also a fire-stick is provided). High speed internet is included. Brand new stainless steel appliances. Cedar Hammock Golf and Country Club is a high quality Championship Lewis/Azinger signature course.Golf Amenities available with $550 tranfer fee. You will enjoy the excellent club house facilities, large heated pool and spa, Dolphin Bar, fully equipped fitness center, and 4 Har-Tru tennis courts. Steps away from the condo is another pool overlooking Hole #2. Close to all Naples and Marco Island beaches and attractions.

Great community and view

Cedar Hammock is such a beautiful golfing community. Each condo, villa and home has a screened lanai with water and golf course views. We ate almost every meal on the lanai watching the abundant wildlife and golfers getting out of the sand trap and putting. We are bicyclists, and it was nice to have community entrances on both Davis and Collier to use depending on our destination. We enjoyed yoga classes at the club house and I loved the Women's Fitness classes. The condo itself is pleasing to the eye, has plenty of seating for dining (both kitchen and dining room), and has necessary cooking utensils/pots/pans for basic cooking needs as well as enough dishes and silverware for us to entertain four friends for dinner. Plentiful cleaning supplies, paper goods and high quality shampoo/body wash/etc. were provided. A lovely surprise was a printer and printer paper.
