Location was fantastic…the unit faced the Gulf with spectacular sunsets…the owner provided all beach equipment…the only negative and this had nothing to do with the owner, was that the entire 17 story building had two elevators and only one was working the whole time we were there. And we were on the 10th floor. We will definitely be back.

Condo smelled very stale and moldy on arrival. Took some time to air out. Master bed sheets and mattress protector had stains on them which came out after washing which leads us to believe they had not been washed before. Sofa bed sheet had granola crumbs when we opened it up… once again, needing washing. Pillow in second bedroom was in bad shape, well past usable life. This was our 4th stay at this complex, but the least satisfactory condo of the four that we stayed in. This unit just needed some quality control.

Nice place with amazing view.

We had an amazing time, nice apartment , it does need a little work but other than that we loved and enjoyed the place. Nick was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We are going back :)

10th year in Paradise!

This was our 10th summer coming down here. Marco never disappoints! Nick the condo owner is a great guy we needed a little assistance and he was immediately on top of it. This condo has plenty of beach gear and toys for the kids.

Terrific stay! We loved the location right on the beach. We also appreciated all of the beach equipment provided - cart, umbrella, chairs, cooler, shovel, etc.The condo was a perfect size for our family of 4 (two kids ages 9 and 12). We would definitely stay again.

This place is located in a great location, perfect for seeing sunsets from your balcony, nice restaurant next door to walk over to, easy walk to the ocean from the condo building, quiet end of Collier Boulevard, nice pickeball/tennis courts.

Thanksgiving Vacation Paradise

This unit was perfect and everything the description said it was! This was our 3rd time staying at Sea Winds and first in this unit. The owner was very responsive thr couple times i reached out and was very accommodating when we arrived a few hours early and allowed us in with no issues. We will return again thank you!

Room has been updated, met the owner very nice. Great beach front view! Umbrellas would be nice at the pool! We saw dolphins every day. Shelling was great! Deb & Mark Definitely would stay there again!

Couple’s Getaway

Very well-equipped unit! Plenty of towels, sheets, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers. Beds were comfortable but I would suggest putting in a King. Great location and easy access to the beach which was fabulous. Pool area very nice. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Great View

Very nice condo with a great view. We enjoyed being able to watch the sunset from the balcony or our bedroom. Both living room and bedroom have sliding glass doors to the balcony. The property is right on the beach, very short walk to the ocean.

The property was more crowded and a bit louder than prior years. I complained about loud musics at 11PM to property management with no help.Besides that, the weather was great and we had a good time!

Marco beach

Being on the beach was amazing, view just wonderful. A bit tight, especially the back bedroom. Took a while to figure out how to work the TV, maybe instructions would help. We were 2 couples with 2 cars...having both of us pay $50 when the 'annual' fee is $50 was a downer, and I don't believe it was noted in the offering either. The location is just great though, so I would recommend it for sure. Thanks so much.

disappointed

the view was great, Construction the moment you walked into the the front door, through the hallways, in the elevator. I think they started pounding on what sounded like the room next door, on the wall that my head was next to about 8 am. The elevators broke. The had to wait for technicians to show up. This room is on the 10th floor. There was no reassurance that we'd get billed if we waited to carry all of our luggage down 10 flights. That lead to outside with a locked in gate and a locked in door. So thank goodness someone just so happened to be there with a key since we had to leave them in the room at checkout. I was not informed that I had to pay for parking for the week until I received my check in information. Alos, there is no one monitoring the grounds to make the kids stop yelling until 3am in the morning.

Wonderful time!

We came to visit family & Nick’s condo was in an excellent spot. Can’t beat the beach, sunrise & sunsets in Marco. The condo showers were awesome & we had everything we needed as far as beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. Also, having en-suite bathrooms was a huge plus. Overall a great time.

Great Location

This ocean front condo is located in a perfect location with very convenient beach access. It was great to watch the dolphins and beautiful sunsets right from the balcony. You can hear the sounds of the ocean all day. Very close to restaurants and bars. The condo was clean and equipped with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Although, we thought that it could use some updating such as furniture and a full-size mirror would be helpful. The last three days of our stay, we had problems with the cable and WiFi. It would just disconnect in the middle of a program and for the most part would not come back for hours. Giving 4 stars because of the cable and WIFI issues should be addressed.

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful time staying at the beachfront location. The balcony and views were fantastic. We even saw some dolphins in the morning. The location was great, we just zipped down with the elevator and enjoyed our time at either the beach or pool. There were plenty of towels and beach chairs and a cart. We ended up buying some beach toys for our kids, as the place didn't have any. It wasn't an issue. The kitchen was well stocked - but could have used a little more room to store/put things like food items that didn't require a refrigerator. The apartment did feel very small for our family of 5. It's better suited for a family of 4. The apartment definitely could use some updating and better cleaning.
