Arrivati a Napoli in tarda serata,( causa sciopero e ritardo aereo)avvisiamo prontamente l’host di tutte le variazioni. Giunti davanti alla struttura(ore 23.00circa) non troviamo nessuno ad accoglierci, chiamiamo ripetutamente L’host che non ci risponde e dopo circa un’ora di attesa, stravolti e affamati decidiamo di mangiare qualcosa.Alle ore 1/1e30 finalmente veniamo richiamati e ci rechiamo nuovamente davanti alla struttura.Entrati nella stanza l’host ci comunica la presenza di un problema,la stanza non era stata pulita,il letto non rifatto e con lenzuola sporche. Rimaniamo basiti e anche arrabbiati,ci propone di rifarci il letto e di avere un po’ di pazienza.Controlliamo la camera e ci accorgiamo che il bagno era sporco(capelli nel lavandino, sanitari sporchi) così l’host ci “pulisce” il bagno velocemente. Delusi e preoccupati rimaniamo d’accordo che il giorno successivo ci avrebbero pulito la stanza e chiediamo un rimborso per quella notte. Ma l’avventura non finisce qui: nonostante i 200 euro pagati a notte, pulizie e cambio asciugamani non erano inclusi, ho richiesto la possibilità di depositare i bagagli ma mi è stata negata( abbiamo girato per la città con zaini e trolley).Dulcis in fundo, effettuato il check out(dove ci era stato comunicato di lasciare le chiavi all’interno) riceviamo una chiamata del host che in cui veniamo insultati e minacciati per aver lasciato le chiavi all’interno della porta costringendolo così a chiamare i pompieri.

Bien ubicado, en una zona agradable. El edificio esta descuidado. Los apartamentos son modernos por dentro, pero les falta mantenimiento. Estaban un poco sucios a nuestra llegada. Ademas, no tenian ni un solo plato, cubiertos, vasos, copas, etc!!!. El encargado, Francesco, es muy servicial, pero debe respetar un poco mas la privacidad de los huespedes; ingresaba a los apartamentos sin avisar.
