You can’t get any closer to the beautiful Vanderbilt Beach. Just a few steps out the back of building & you’re on the beach. No hauling things by car! This condo has gulf & bay views from every window. Large, eighth floor condo with large great room, 3 bedrooms & 3 full en-suite baths, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook with a small veranda to sit out & watch the sunrise , dining room for 6, also with smaller veranda, separate laundry room, wall to wall glass sliders in large family room to view the Gulf of America on the 270 square foot veranda. One under cover parking space & numerous guest spots. Has a pool, community room, & many restaurants and shopping within a couple miles.
Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. The bathroom offers a jetted tub, hair dryers, and bidets. Other standard amenities include a kitchen, a washing machine, and 3 bathrooms.
