Nice spacious and modern rooms, the whole facility is extremely clean! Breakfast was included. 2 minutes walk to the central station (train/ bus/ airport shuttle). Plenty of restaurants right outside the hotel. The hotel is very secure (gated) and it does have an elevator, which was very important to us since we had a lot of luggage. Will definitely recommend!

The property is in a great location. The rooms are spacious but the bathrooms seems kind of old and not well maintained. The breakfast was alright. They bring it to your room at the requested time. It is simple breakfast, yogurt, coffee, bread, juice. The staff were really nice. Air conditioning was strong so made the stay nice.

Everyone was helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was a bonus with a wide choice staying 4 days helped us experiment with the choices. Great view over the Piazza Garibaldi giving the room lots of light. The Piazza is busy and care is needed but a great spot for exploring.

The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes’ walk from Napoli Centrale Station. The staff at the check-in counter were very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home right away. The female housekeeper was also extremely kind, and she especially took great care of us during breakfast. If I visit Naples again, I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again.

Stay was fine, very good location. Could be quite loud as you can easily hear the other rooms and people on the stairs. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was simple but lovely. The biggest issue was the shower which was terrible as the head was falling apart and the enclosure had black mould all around.
