The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes’ walk from Napoli Centrale Station. The staff at the check-in counter were very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home right away. The female housekeeper was also extremely kind, and she especially took great care of us during breakfast. If I visit Naples again, I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again.

Stay was fine, very good location. Could be quite loud as you can easily hear the other rooms and people on the stairs. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was simple but lovely. The biggest issue was the shower which was terrible as the head was falling apart and the enclosure had black mould all around.

This bed and breakfast is tucked inside a lovely building right on the square. Everything you need is right there - train, buses, metro, dining, shopping, and friendly Napoli locals. A true jewel in a bustling city of food and culture. I’d stay here again and again.

The room was clean, breakfast was brought to your room every morning, which was wonderful, and the staff was excellent very helpful. The unit was on the fourth floor. There was an elevator however, the elevator didn’t always work. We do have mobility issues and had to climb four flights of stairs to get up to the room. The bathroom is extremely tight. There was barely 1 foot between the commode and the sink you had to squeeze by sideways to get to the shower.The area surrounding the property is a little sketchy be cautious when going outside.

Outside the property is NOT the most pleasant area and sight BUT once you get inside the property, it’s very nice and MOST of all, the rooms are great and newly renovated. It’s very modern and spacious. Staff is great and very accommodating. Highly recommended.

Fantastic

Very nice place close to train station. Large spacius room with French balcony to feel and follow city life. Breakfast by order brought to your room every day. Friendly staff. Walking distance to city life and attraction. Love to stay here again.
