The first impression was NOT GOOD! When I booked, I informed them that I would be a late arrival. 2 days before I arrived, I called again and reminded them that I would be late. The girl informed me that i would receive a text message with a code to get into the box by the door that would contain an envelope with the code to our door. The day I arrived, we got the text BUT there was NO ENVELOPE! We could not get into our room. No one was around! 3 TIMES I notified them that I would be late! Finally I called a manager and he gave me the universal code. We had no envelope so we didn’t know where our room was or anything about the property. Had to go down next morning and change the code AGAIN!! The check-in scared me BUT I was pleasantly surprised with our condo. I loved it. Clean and spacious. Nice kitchen, big bedrooms. A couple complaints- we called about burned out light bulbs - they were never replaced (so dark bedroom and family room)), the bathrooms have a vent that goes on with the light switch (annoying and loud) and very little cooking utensils, pans, cups and plates. These are very trivial compared to the overall nice condo.

nice view, very confortable room , but they don't have personal after 4 pm ,

Hotel is no where near a beach, everything seemed to be far away from the Resort (not sure why they call it a resort). Maybe because they get extra fees. We stayed one night at $200.00 then had a cleaning fee of $50.00. so if you want to spend that much money for one night ......

we loved it! Our suite was amazing! Cleanest accommodations we have ever stayed at!! Not on the beach but only a short 5-10 minute drive. The staff were amazing as well. Told us where the best places to go and tips for getting around the island. It's in Old Marco Island so more vintage but so beautiful, quaint, and quiet! Loved every minute of it! If your looking for quiet and some fun this is the place to go!!

We have stayed many times and always have a good experience. We hadn't been here for 4 yrs but it was just as good we just had to get use to the new key pad but everything else was just as we remembered it. Everyone on staff were very nice and helpful.

Gorgeous huge suite with a full kitchen. Shops and restaurants on site and walking distance. Manager was wonderful with great customer service. Definitely going back!

These are Condominiums a good deal for the price, not close to the beach no WiFi, restaurants on the property are very good.

I stayed for a night at the Olde Marco Island Inn and Suites with my parents during our recent vacation in Western Florida. We were given a two bedroom suite, which was clean, spacious, and quiet. We didn't have any complaints at all during our stay, I think we all found it to be pleasant, hassle-free experience.

The hotel has Old-world charm. It is a bit older of a facility, but was nice for a family of four. The space was perfect for a family, with two bedrooms, and it was nice to have the small kitchen for use. The pool is small and deep, catered more for adult use; not necessarily smaller children. Laundry facility on-site, and a variety of restaurants just outside the hotel were very convenient.

I recommend for enny one families clean, But the check in a little miss mash All in all 5 star

This property is lovely...comfortable, large rooms. The only negative is the cleaning fee is excessive for a 3 night stay.

he condo was fabulous, comfortable and well amenitied. Sleeping was great, AC was great and with restaurants very near by, this was a nice stay.

Everything you need to have a wonderful and relaxing stay with your family! There were 5 of us and having two bedrooms and a kitchen was so convenient and gave us each the privacy we each needed! My only complaints, which were minor, were no lights in the parking garage so it made it difficult to see at night, ice was a little far as they are not on every floor and didn't know we had to put the sign out for housekeeping to come. Other than that, I would definitely recommend and visit again!

I stayed here with my family during a trip to Chokoloskee Island, Naples and Marco Island a few days before Christmas 2014. This is a great value if you have older children who want their own room. Our 20 year old son slept in the second bedroom (two twin beds) with its own bathroom, and our daughter in the couch in the living room. The suite was very nicely furnished and large and comfortable, with a nice living room area, a fully equipped bar kitchen and a large balcony with outdoor furniture. Free parking close to the suite. Very quiet area. Nice French restaurant on premises (but closed the night we were there, a Sunday). A short drive to beaches, restaurants, shopping and downtown. I have already recommended this hotel to several friends, and I will definitely stay here again with my family.

nice people at check-in decent size room complimentary taxi service to several destinations was great location was good would stay here again

Our condo was very spacious and decently furnished. The kitchen and bathrooms were a bit outdated but everything was very clean and comfortable. And frankly bigger than some apartments I've lived in. The property is very well kept and the location is great - easy walking distance fromany great restaurants. The only drawbacks are that the pool closes at dusk - which is probably fine in the summer, but in January when dusk is at 5 pm -- we never had a chance to use the pool. The other little complaint is that they don't supply fresh towels on a daily or even every other day basis. We had extra towels under the sink, but ran out of washcloths within a day. They also don't clean, make beds, etc daily. No biggie and we'll definitely go back - but didn't want another guest to be surprised by that.

Stayed here as I could not get a room at the Marriott where the meeting I was attending was being held. It is located in a quiet part of the island. My room was large and 'condo' like with a full kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. There was nothing fancy about this place, but a very clean and quiet place to stay.

Thank you for your review, Annette. The Olde Marco Island Inn & Suites, located on the northern tip of Marco Island in an area called "Olde Marco," is a more secluded and quiet area of the island compared to the location of the high rises on the beach. Often, this low key, relaxed atmosphere is what guests are seeking when they check in to our hotel. Unlike other resorts that charge fees for parking, the internet, and typical "Resort Fees," including the use of their pools, hot tubs, pool towels, etc., the Olde Marco Inn only charges a $50.00 Cleaning Fee per stay. Again, unlike other properties, all of our units are two bedroom, two bath suites with full kitchens. For our housekeepers, this is akin to cleaning a two bedroom apartment each time a guest checks out, and it can take quite a bit of time. We appreciated the opportunity to have you as our guest at the hotel and your feedback is appreciated. Eileen, Guest Relations

Dear Debbie, Thanks so much for the kind 5 star review! We are so happy that you enjoyed the hotel, our location, and all of the restaurants on property. We installed keyless locks to be a more safe and efficient option for our guests. This way, you dont have to worry about deactivating your key after the office is closed. We can issue codes remotely from home if a guest is locked out, and our guests can even set their own codes. We have made massive improvements to the rooms and the property overall since your last visit; I am so glad you noticed and once again enjoyed your visit. Please come back for another visit soon.
