Property access at arrival was awkward as we arrived early in the evening and had to check-in/pick up keys at a different hotel, a taxi ride away. Location was very good but not as central as we usually like, however we had compromised this because of our unfounded preconceived ideas of safety in the city. Room size was great and useable. Room was quiet and we pulled cafe table to beside the window for our in-room breakfasts. Common service area provided coffee as needed. Staff were all helpful and cordial. Breakfasts were adequate and you selected items from a limited menu the night before. Overall, we were satisfied with Morelli Suites

We reserved the luxury room-not luxury at all- although there is space the layout is awkward with the bed placing. Tiny windows, no view. Facing the busy street so you hear every single car drive by. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, as if you’re on a cardboard box. The head board of the bed is against the wall where the kitchen is located on the other side of it. So you hear breakfast being prepared from 5am. Any talking from any of the rooms or lobby can be heard. Breakfast options are very basic. If you choose to have your breakfast delivered at 9 am (latest) just know your tea and cappuccino will be cold. Front desk barely exists. Only had someone there when we checked in. If you need help , there’s only the housekeeper, who doesn’t understand anything said in English. we asked about laundry but never received a clear answer. Says it’s available on the property details but the housekeeper will say it’s not an available service. Elevators in Europe are generally small but the one on the property is something else…tiny. Overall I would recommend to spend more money to stay somewhere better. Because Naples is really awesome.

Fab location. Room didn’t have a window which made it difficult. Only a small glass onlooking the inside of the building. Staying in a room without daylight is no fun. I asked to move and told it would be £40 pn. Also some pics of the room I had were misleading. Nice decor. Good breakfast. Location was fab. There’s a lift. Tiny buy they have one!

Great place - would definitely recommend

I do not usually provide feedback, but my stay at the Morelli Suite was exceptional. Communication prior to arriving was great - Fabio contacted me to confirm what flight I was arriving on, he provided me with information on how to get there from the airport. The day of my arrival, I received a WhatsApp message to confirm I had arrived as well as a link for a map for further directions. As soon as myself and my colleague arrived, we were met at the door and my bag was carried up the stairs for me. We were given a coffee and water immediately. Check in was seamless. Our rooms were lovely - very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was brought to our rooms on a trolley every morning by Kazandra, who was so friendly and always smiling - fantastic service from everyone! Thank you for such a pleasant stay! I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

Piccolo ma confortevole

Stanza (la 104) piccola, ma provvista di tutto il necessario. Bagno ristrutturato recentemente, pulito. La colazione servita in camera è stata gradevole. Il B&B è ubicato a Chiaia, zona residenziale tranquilla, il centro storico è raggiungibile con una piacevole camminata. Stanza molto rumorosa, su strada trafficata giorno e notte.

Excelente hotel

Hotel organizado, limpo, confortável, cama excelente e ducha forte. Como não tem área pra café da manhã ele é servido no quarto, na hora marcada com o menu solicitado. Ótima localização.
