This is a wonderful property in a great location. I don't think anything was more than a 25 minute walk, most things closer. Giangi, the owner, is extremely helpful, efficient and speaks English well. The Junior Suite is very comfortable and well appointed. The little table and chairs, end tables, couch and comfy chairs, as well as the balconies on two sides are nice. Naples can be loud but with the windows fully closed the sound is mostly muted. The show over very large tub is also a nice touch. Also the common areas are nice. Plugs, table and fast Internet if you need to work, research or watch movies on your devices. Nice espresso machine, tea service and fridge for guests to use. One thing to note, this is on the second floor (3rd floor to Americans, the bottom floor in Europe starts at 0). The floors are very tall and there's no elevator. If you have difficulties with steps you might want to consider staying elsewhere. Otherwise this property is an incredible value.

Property near Cavour and Museo metro station, an historic building of 1600. We received a warm welcome from Giangi who walked us thru the facilities of the B&B, very nice guy. We got a free upgrade to a bigger room looking to the main street. The room was clean and confy. The location has plenty of options to eat local, small markets and just 5 minutes walking to Centro Storico. It feels more that you are living among locals, just yhe way we like it. We had a nice time in Napoli. Giangi, thanks for your hospitality.

I loved the room and the history behind the hotel. It was definitely a unique experience. If you have carry-on luggage, it will be a challenge to get to the second floor where the hotel is as there are no elevators. It works for me since I had a backpack only The staff was very helpful and friendly. Customer service is excellent. It was definitely a memorable experience

Cold room

The place was hard to find, the hotel sign was so small on the wall. Has 4 sets of stairs to go up, no elevator, hard to bring big luggages even for me and my daughter and we are fit. The room was so cold. The heat was on but can hardly be felt. There was a cabinet blocking the radiator. Complimentary breakfast was a croissant and coffee served by impatient staff. The b&b owner was nice.

Fantastic stay!

The property was clean and located in a charming historic building. Our host, Giangi, was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The convenient location near the metro station made it easy for us to explore the city, and the airport bus stop being right outside the door was a major plus. Highly recommend!

I travelled to Naples with my daughter.Giangi the receptionist made contact day before to see what time we will be arriving which was nice .We took a taxi to get to the BnB.Giangi made us very welcome,showed us the facilities and to our room.He explained where to get our breakfast.He was absolutely amazing.We learned a lot about Naples from him,he told us what to visit and how to get there.Our hotel room was beautiful ,clean,comfortable and quiet.We stayed in room number 4.The room was cleaned everyday.We slept well,we loved our breakfasts and would recommend this BnB.It is great for short or long stays.It is close to the archeological museum and a 20 minutes walk to the sea front. We visited Castel St Elmo ,both Catacombs,we had a trip to Pompeii and Mount Vesuvio,we went for a stroll around Chiaia.We had a pizza at the oldest pizzeria in Naples called Antica pizzeria ,Port alba.We had the best time at the best place .

The property is centrally located and walkable to the train station and city centre. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Things to note: Trip to and from the airport is a fixed-rate 30Euros (steep for a 2.5 mile ride). There are three flights of stairs to climb and no lift, so not friendly if you are mobility challenged. Breakfast is in the busy café next door.

We had an exceptional stay at Le Stanze del Principe B&B in Naples, which exceeded all expectations! As a frequent traveler, I can say this B&B ranks among the best I’ve stayed in. The warm and attentive owner went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, yet they also offered the convenience of self-check-in. Before I arrived, I received detailed instructions on accessing the building and room, making everything seamless and stress-free. The owner was there to greet us on arrival. The building is beautiful, blending classic Neapolitan charm with modern comforts. My room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly decorated, with high ceilings and thoughtful details. The comfortable bed and modern amenities like fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and delightful chill area (with tea/coffee/sparkling water/etc) made my short stay restful after exploring the city. One of the highlights was the personalized service. With an early morning flight, I needed a taxi at an unusual hour, and the owner arranged everything in advance. The taxi arrived right on time, making my departure effortless. Overall, Le Stanze del Principe is a true gem, offering a rare combination of elegance, comfort, and attentive service. It’s also in a prime location—close enough to explore Naples, but quiet enough to relax. If you’re looking for a top-tier experience and great value, this place is exceptional. Ok…I know this a B&B. I’ve been traveling for 50 yrs all over the world so I’ve seen it all.Now in my 70’s I should have known better. “ stairs” means in this case Four flights of uneven,poorly lit rock stairs of about 16 per flight. The “breakfast included” was a voucher for a coffee and croissant at a cafe down the street. The “ concierge “ was a voice on a speaker.Who said, “not there to meet you you said 3pm” I arrived at 3:20 I selected this joint solely for prox.to airport early flight. When we arrived there was no sign outside to let us know it was in an interior courtyard. Just our GPS shouting You have arrived! Thank god the massive front entry was open, still no signs indicating the hotel Italian lady pointed upstairs. Buzzed 3xx it opened. A sign on the first room our name on a slip of paper. After I buzzed the “concierge “ He said yes room 1. Any restaurant recommendations?”Just go out on the street “ no soonerdid we settle in then another guest walked into our room and insisted he was in Room 1 Showed him the sign He irately called the “ con” and was told his room was the “ other number one” and a flight up.worst part was when we descended for dinner Couldn’t figure out how to get out! Fortunately a kindly man was coming in and it openedBut our key did not work to get back in! Same gent called a number was told you had to jiggle and jiggle it. Finally got in Some reviewer said” old charm”.More like a pain in the A- - Do not recommend

If you're going to Naples, this is your home away from home. Giangi and his wonderful staff will welcome you and will do what they can to make your stay a pleasant one. The rooms are amazing with their high ceilings are spacious and comfortable. We just loved the history of this building, and the huge doors and windows are simply beautiful. There's 2 common areas that provide a relaxing area to gather or make yourself a cup of coffee, coffee, and filtered water are provided, so fill up your water bottle before heading out for the day. It's conveniently located , about 10 minutes by taxi from the airport or even a 20-minute walk to the train station or the port. We walked everywhere while we stayed there. Breakfast is provided downstairs in a small café to get your day started. Great location to go see Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius and the Amalfi coast. We had to extend our stay due to a hurricane back home, and Giangi did what he could to make sure we had somewhere to stay other than the airport , for that I'm forever grateful. We will definitely come back and stay here.

The advertisement does not say that there is no elevator. It says upper floors accessible by stairs. It is difficult to find. I was told it was the second floor, but it was a four flight walk up. There was no one there to help me with my bags given my age and medical condition, I went into my room once and I left my room once because of the four flight walk up. I never saw anyone who worked there and I stayed there two days. all contact was remote

Very clean, no lift but the owner carried our bags up for us. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to my family and friends
