The room was nice as was the bathroom/shower. That was about all that was good about it. The breakfast was decent, however the location of the hotel was terrible. It is in a bizarre suburb and I may have booked it by accident myself so that could very well be my fault. The front desk staff were pleasant however, the front desk manager happened to see us outside and gave us the dirtiest glaring look. We got that quite a bit travelling in Italy as we are people of colour but it was dismaying to come from a front desk manager. Further to this, once he realized that we were actually staying at the hotel, his tune changed and all of a sudden a beaming smile came our way. I find that intolerable. If you want to be racist, keep it to yourself, furthermore, perhaps working in the service industry for tourists is not the work for you. Maybe behind a desk where you don't have to deal with foreigners may be better. Very disappointing...

We were bumped here from a related hotel near to the airport - this one is right the other side of the city and across the road from the zoo. Well; the street seemed to be a zoo after dark, with a number of ladies standing about and offering 'entertainment'. The hotel struggled to justify two stars, let alone four. The "restaurant" looked like a 1970s cheap conference room, with just one table laid for diners. The hotel didn't bother to print menus - no wonder as the choice was just spaghetti or chicken with salad. Do yourself a favour and pick somewhere else - anywhere else.

I just spent one night at the hotel. It´s clean, the rooms are nice too. Had TV, a good wi-fi. The bathroom is fine too. The reception is nice and i liked the breakfast. For me having a good bed and a clean room and bathroom it´s ok.

Ok rooms, with Tv, nice bathroom, but in the morning we had to fight about having breakfast which we paid but they didnt want to give it to us (?!). Really really bad staff. I could not believe. After hour and a half weve got bread and salame. Probably the worst hotel ive been into.

This hotel is located in a poorly maintained alleyway on the outskirts of town and not close to anything. There are many broken down buildings on the way to the hotel. On entry, the lobby is clean but outdated, as is the hotel in general. The room that I received was nothing like the rooms shown online. There was just about enough space for the double bed, desk and wardrobe. The bathroom was a little smaller than average. The staff at reception are OK but don't give a very warm welcome. The restaurant staff were nicer. The room was fully serviced to a good standard each day. The WiFi is also strong and free. In general, the hotel was OK but far from 4 star.

A Hotel that was 4stars many years ago. Not modern at all. Many of the room facilities described at the Hotel site in Booking.com, didn't exist in my (single) room... Ironing Facilities, Bathrobe, Slippers, Tea/Coffee Maker. The air condition didn't work always. Only Italian channels on TV. On the other hand it was really very clean, people in the reception were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was as supposed in an Italian Hotel (I am travelling in Italy very often and breakfast is usually poor compared to other countries standards). The prices are also fair. Being in the outskirts of Naples, the Hotel is very convenient for the football stadium San Paolo and people who have to deal with the Mostra d' Oltremare for some fair or congress (as it was for me). There is a large Hotel parking for those who need it (I didn't). Very good Wi-Fi.

I found people friendly and helpful in Naples. NOT at the hotel. It was noisy, first because of a school group they did NOTHING to quiet, then the dog that regularly started barking at 5:45am! They did help us out with a birthday cake for one of us. They gave us a small cake for 6 that we were never served- everyone had the cake that was included with dinner and already cut when they brought out the small one. They charged €30 for a cake we never ate! And the dinner was not much. The kids who asked for seconds were never served. My dinner was cold the first evening and undercooked the second. And the service was unbearably slow, especially for the kids! Over 2 hours to serve dinner. And when we asked for a little bread in the morning to take with us, they refused. Guess we should have taken it from the buffet! Definitely NOT a place I want to go back!

Stayed 3 nights in March to attend a Fair. the hotel is close to the fair but not down town at all you need to take a bus to the city . clean hotel with average service. Recommended for budget traveler and business traveler who needs this area being close to the fair (around 10 minutes walk)

Room doesn't smell (until the next day at 6 a.m. when I woke up with a filthy smell of cooked dead animals or something else disgusting like that -- and it went on and on. Each room has ashtray which is an invitation for smokers (BAD MOVE). It's very far (TOO FAR) from center of Naples. Cheaply build building -- can hear people next door cough. The bed is old and uncomfortable. Terrible sleep. Breakfast bread is only ultra white rolls. Pretty low quality. They said sauna costs 8 Euros. I was in the gym and they brought the key to sauna so I can use it for free. When I returned to the room I noticed my door was double locked. I never lock my door like that. It seemed that someone had entered my room. The next day I noticed, after leaving, that my camera lens was gone.

As a solo American female traveler to Naples for the first time, I booked at this hotel because of its nearby location to the venue at which I was attending a concert. While the location to the venue was excellent, the hotel, although clean and comfortable, fell somewhat short of my expectations. Except for breakfast at a pleasant, canopied outside terrace, there was no eat-in restaurant for lunch or dinner. The staff, however, was pleasant and more than happy to order something in for you. Through the hotel, I booked a three-hour tour of Naples with Lucio, our driver. The only two persons on the tour that day were another solo female traveler and myself. Even though, unfortunately, it was pouring rain when Lucio picked us up and introduced himself, I knew we would have a memorable tour. It ended up raining for more than half of the tour, at which time we were prevented from getting out of the van to take pictures of the sights and really enjoy the tour. However, Lucio kept our spirits up, taking pictures of us (when the sun was out) and making us laugh throughout the entire trip. I even got to practice my Italian speaking with him. I'm sure without him, the tour could have turned out to be a disaster. In addition, I was traveling by train to Rome when I left Naples and requested Lucio to take me to the Napoli Centrale train station. He not only drove me there but actually helped me with my luggage all the way to my seat on the train. That's what I call service!! Bravo, Lucio!
