I don't know about the other reviews but we had a pleasant experience with this hotel .For the amount we paid it's definitely worth it. Very friendly staff most especially Lorenzo from the front desk. He was very helpful, accomodating and friendly. Made us feel like home and even go above and beyond his duties just to make us comfortable. Probably true that the location is not ideal but its a decent hotel to stay if you just need a place to stay for a night before or after your flight to Naples. Had good breakfast choices and food was good. They have a free shuttle that can take you to the nearest train station if you need one.
Miles from anywhere, inaccessible to most airport taxis with a 25-35 Euro ride and the cost of your phone roaming as no one knows where this is a scruffy and shabby location with horrible views miles from any public transport or basic amenity. The hotel shuttle was not operating and upon complaint after seeing a spartan and shabby smelly room the receptionist said it's not my problem, you booked on booking.com and there is no refund. Zero customer care only to show us another room smelling of smoke. After not being able to get through to booking.com after holding for half an hour decision reached to abandon this miserable place and to pay another taxi driver 30 euros to take us back to airport where I booked new accommodation. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life and experience of this place combined with the complete lack of support from booking.com was one of the worst experiences I have had. Stay away from here at all costs or stay overnight in the Pompeii ruins where you will get more comfortable accommodation and better customer service. The attitude of staff to my complaint beggared belief.
Pros and cons: 1. Nice staff! Always tried to help! 2. Wifi was out BUT we called and they fixed right away. 3. Pool was closed BUT they gave us free pass to the gym next door (after some haggling:)). 4. Restaurant was fine--not world class but then you're also not paying world class prices for the rooms. My take: do not come here expecting a four-star hotel because it isn't one. It's a decent hotel in a struggling area run by nice people. Period. If you want a really nice place, stay somewhere else and pay for it. If you need a place to stay for a night before an early fly out, stay here.
We unfortunately had this booked by a travel agent. It was a sketchy neighborhood and thought the taxi driver was lost. We couldn't leave the hotel and ended leaving without a refund after the first night. My bed was actually broken when you sat on the end of it. The pool doesn't look like the photos and the food was average. The only bonus of this place was the reception staff were lovely and as helpful as they could be. Do not stay here with kids especially. You live and learn. I should have read trip adviser before agreeing to staying there!
We stayed there for a week The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are clean and the wifi is very good. Very good breakfast and we also ate in the hotel restaurant once which was good as wel. Free save parking. We would recommand this hotel!
I stayed two nights for a business trip. It's a classical hotel with everything you need including a swimming pool in summertime. It's in the surrounding of Napoli which not very convenient to get a feel of the city center .... and there is no choice of other restaurants than the one at the hotel ! On the other hand it's not too noisy during the night.
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a week, it seemed a very long week. The hotel is out in an area which not even the local taxis know, No local transport. The rooms are tired and need modernising, dont expect to have a good night sleep or the sheets to be changed. We were made to feel a nuisance when using the hotel shuttle bus to and from the nearest train station. The pool looked inviting in the ads but was quite the opposite, it looked dirty. The Wi Fi was poor and intermittent. Glad we didnt pay top dollar for this hotel
My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights during our visit to Naples. The hotel is located in a sketchy neighborhood about 15-20 minutes from Naples by car, so you should not stay here without a car. Or, you should not stay here at all to be honest. The standard of the hotel is far worse than how it appears on the photos. The reception and common areas are fine, but the rooms have seen better days. They are rather worn down and should be renovated. The pool is dirty and the sunbeds should be replaced with new ones. The staff was kind of rude and not welcoming at all. The hotel also advertise to have a great fitness center, but for some reason they just shut it down for some weeks during the summer, because of... summer... We did not get this information, and we would never have stayed here if we knew this. Do NOT under any circumstance eat dinner at the restaurant. We were starving when we arrived and decided to eat at the hotel. We ordered two types of pasta dishes. The pasta was overcooked, the "meat" was mostly fat and parts of the meat you throw in the trash, and the dishes contained more salt than the dead sea. Needless to say, we went to bed hungry. The breakfast was OK. Nothing fancy, but some basic choices of bread, cheeses, ham, salami, jam, etc. This is probably as close to a charter hotel you can come in Italy, and it is not a compliment. We will never stay here again!
Location in center of poor place. No where to go and have fun neerby no food place exept one. Air condition dosent work. Bab service of reception team. Towels for pool you get for money. If you dont must think again.
We selected this hotel because review said it was less than 10 minutes from the airport. But it is still a 25euro trip. Room was clean and spacious. Wifi was adequate in lobby-- but nonexistent in hotel room. Reasons we won't go back: neighborhood is =awful=, bed was hard as stone, wifi service non existent in room, no adapters we could use--so couldn't charge our electronics and cell phones. Next time we will either stay in Naples city center or at an airport hotel. Hotel seems to specialize in large groups on vacation tours..and busyness conventions.
