Room: reserved a triple room with two twin beds and an extra bed but got a room with a queen bed and a sofa bed which was a little cheaper on the listings from the hotel website. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. Had a jacuzzi tub, small fridge, small coffee machine, but no boiling pot offered. Had a terrace but just the view of the building in front. Breakfast: Food was just okay, not great. Napoli-style breads, eggs, bacons, sausages, juice, etc. View from the breakfast area was FANTASTIC. Anyone would enjoy the view from the terrace. Recommend if you want to enjoy the view of the city and the sea at the same time. Service: Staffs at the front desk were friendly and easy to communicate in person, by email, by phone. English-speaking. Staffs at the bell desk were kind of rude. I asked for more towels on the second day since there were only two towels even though we stayed in a triple room, and the bell desk guy seemed bothered to come up to give more towels. I would visit again because I really enjoyed the view from the breakfast area, especially the terrace. There are not many great hotels in Naples so if you are looking for a clean, modern, and luxurious enough hotel in Naples, I would recommend Grand Hotel Oriente in Naples.

Great central location & helpful friendly staff. A good size room, good wifi and comfortable bed. We were surprised to find that we could sleep easily with the balcony windows open at night, the street below was reasonably quiet. Mind you we did only stay one night. I would recommend this hotel.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel as part of a small group. The hotel itself has been updated with very modern amenities. Our room and bath were both good sized rooms and we had a balcony that overlooked the square near via Toledo which is the main shopping street in Naples. The nicest part of the hotel is the roof top terrace where breakfast is served both inside and out. There is also a nice lounge located on the terrace as well. Service here was excellent. We would certainly stay here again when visiting Naples.

The hotel is located just steps away from via Toledo the main drag and is also centrally located. We found staff to be very friendly and helpful with advice you could depend on. Our rooms were large and beds were very comfortable, Free wi-fi was excellent. Windows are not soundproof resulting in occasional disturbance from street noise. The included breakfast is well done. While housekeeping was fine, overall maintenance was not: e.g., most bathroom fixtures were very loose, and one of the electric window shades did not fully close. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Naples is a big city and much busier than other smaller towns. We stayed here mid May and were able to check into the hotel late (we arrived after 11 pm) and they directed us to some restaurants for dinner. Room is average and location was great. We were able to walk around to the local sites. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the Museo Cappella Sansevero where the Veil of Christ statue was located at (must see). Breakfast buffet had a great variety with everything from yogurt, fruit, eggs, bacon, to a variety of pastries. Hotel is also walking distance to some great Napoli pizzeria's and gelato!

Amazing hotel and value! Our first stop in Italy was a success. Hope the next stops can live up to the standards set here. Just one block from Toledo metro station and very convenient access to many activities. The room was larger than most in the USA with a great shower. Very clean and modern. The breakfast was included with our rate and was served buffet style at the rooftop lounge located on the 9th floor. Great views and plenty of quality food including eggs, bacon , cold cuts, pastries, juices. At night we enjoyed a glass of wine (5 euros) on the rooftop in comfortable lounge chairs. Highly suggest this wonderful hotel.

the rooms are very large and modern. on-site breakfast is well-stocked. my only negative comment is that the lobby should be updated. when i first walked in i thought i made a mistake staying here but the modern rooms made me feel much better. the staff were very friendly and helpful.

What I liked : 1) Location. Right by the main street (Via Toledo) and about 15 minutes walk away to the Old Town or to the Port area. 2) Clean room and comfortable bed 3) Parking right at the basement of the hotel at a subsidized rate (Normal EUR15 but it's EUR11 if I'm not wrong) What I didn't like : 1) No complimentary bottle of water and not water boiler (Bottled water is EUR1.50 from the mini bar which is reasonable)

We spent three nights at this hotel mid of May 2017. It was a good choice, its biggest asset being the breakfast at the rooftop terrace, enjoying the wonderful view of city, cruise ships and the volcano. Breakfast itself was pretty good, with a nice selection of regular continental and some local italian favourites. We also had a few drinks at the bar one night, which we felt rather overpriced (7 Euro for a non-alcoholic beer),although we appreciated the free snacks and charming service that came with it.Staff was altogether pretty nice and helpful. Unfortunately, I have to add that we have been slightly disappointed with the quality of our room.It is advertised as being sound-insulated,which holds true only for the window, which shuts out street noise.Still, you could hear people from another room, the corridor, and the creaky corridor door which seriously needs some maintenance (level 6).Compared to the advertised photos, our room didn't look as nice and wasn't in the very best shape - some more maintenance required here.On a positive note, we rather liked the interior and found the bed pretty cozy and got three good nights of sleep. In sum,we can recommend this place and rate it as 'good'.

Great location, central to everywhere in any direction. Breakfast was very good with hot and cold choices though more fresh fruit selection (instead of tinned) would have made the breakfast great. Room was nice and clean and spacious with very comfortable bed. Bathroom excellent. Safe in room and fast free internet everywhere. Staff in all areas helpful and friendly. The bar on the top floor had fantastic views and was also very welcoming. Would stay here again if returning to Naples.
