Definitely worth the price (as in - you get what you pay for - if you want luxury, this is not - but it suited me just fine) The location was great, the amenities were enough, the rooftop pool was super, the place was in need of some TLC (as other reviews stated along with there being a lot of construction around) but all-in-all it was nice. Thankyou for the communications & support !

Located within easy walking distance to the beach and just a short drive to shops, restaurants and entertainment, this is a great choice for enjoying a Naples, FL vacation.

I Posted that the condo was dirty and not in good repair . The bedspread looked dirty and as if it was from Goodwill beach chairs were unusable from filth!!host was very nice and brought new chair and a few new beach towelsEverything was done on the cheap! Even the toilet paper was scratchy and we had to buy new we could not wait to get out of there!Construction was not the issue. They owners just don’t care and it’s obvious!!

A totally wonderful stay

The location is perfect. The construction didn't bother us at all. The rooftop pool and view is magic. Highly recommended!

I had checked the weather prior to going to the cozy cabin but we suðenly had a snow/ice storm. We contacted the owner of the vrbo but he was ademant and would not change our arrival date. This owner does not care about his customers. The condo had very limited hot water. You had to get wet. Turn the water off - suds up and then rinse off very fast. NOT A FAVORABLE CONDO. THE BATHTUB IS SLICK AND DANGEROUS.. WOULD NEVER RENT THIS CONDO AGAIN..

Near the beach condo

The two of us stayed three nights. There was an elevator but being only one flight up we used the nearby stairs. The location near the beach (truly a short walk) and restaurants and shopping (both an easy drive) made the location ideal for us. The construction nearby did not bother us. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Beach life

Beautiful condo inside but construction annoying. But can’t help that Hurricane Ian wiped out places. Walk to beach easy and beautiful. Enjoyed the quiet in the evening.

Property was great! Loved the pool on the roof. Was a short walk to the beach. There was a lot of building around the property as the area was rebuilding from hurricane Ian. So starting Monday it was noisey. But if you had the windows and doors closed and a radio or TV on..no worries!

The property was ok needs some things done !! Was clean. Dryer ate two of my shirts 😔 no batteries in fire alarm ‼️ no offer of reimbursement for my shirts ! There is construction in the area we were told about it was right across from our balcony! Was not far from beach and roof top pool was decent if you don’t mind workers looking at you up there ! Overall your sleeping and showering it’s fine for that.

Great Stay

This condo was clean and presented as listed. Tucker was great to work with and very responsive. The location was nice, as the beach was less than 5 minutes to walk to, Buzz's was there, good and easy to walk to. Stores were 5-10 minutes away to drive to, providing everything you needed. The construction listed in other postings were not an issue, especially given they are still recovering from Ian. Would stay here again if we were to come back. Thanks again Tucker.

Cozy condo

Excellent location, furnishings and linens uncomfortable, threadbare, and stained. Bathroom tub did not drain, washer worked well dryer so loud as to use only upon leaving unit. Kitchen sparsely stocked no toaster no ice maker or ice trays to make ice. There is nothing to recommend this unit except for location and that was compromised by major construction on 3 sides. This is not a unit you look forward to returning to at end of day. I depended on the reviews listed and four were 5/5 and one 1/5 thought the 1/5 was disgruntled but turned out to be the only accurate review. Have to question how reviews are verified as this place is generously a 2/5

BEWARE!

I asked the owner to take downt midleading photos. The building is the only one standing in a 10 acre construction site. They wouldn't sell to the developer. The noise is deafening. I have videos and photos to share that would shock. You cannot open the balcony doors and the outside space is unuseable. We tried to move out but they refused to refund. Moreover, I had to remove all the bedding including the mattress protector which was stained yellow in places and wash it all. Behind the bed were used dental floss sticks, thick dust and various other things that should have been swept or vacumed up. There is only one night stand and it became clear why ..... the socket is hanging out of the wall behind the bed and is unuseable but more importantly dangerous. There was one solitary bowl to eat from in the kitchen cupboards (as well as plates). How can that work with 2 people? There is mold around the bath seal. Cute little place but not worth staying at until the construction is finished (they are only clearing the ground and demolishing buildings at the moment) and the cleaning improves.
