Welcome to your private waterfront Naples getaway, located in the beautiful highly desirable gated community of Briarwood, This home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a gorgeous heated swimming pool and spa with an outdoor summer kitchen and BBQ grill.
From its newly renovated Kitchen to the incredibly comfortable living room, this house has everything you could need for your vacation or a winter retreat. The home features 2 master suites with King size beds and private ensuite bathrooms. The two additional guest bedroom are both equipped with Queen size beds and share the third bathroom in this very spacious home.
All Bathrooms have been updated and have grab bars.
Briarwood is located very close to Olde Naples and beaches, with two community pools, tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts available for your use.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Beautiful 4 bedroom home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved everything about this home. It was clean, accurately described in the listing, had everything we needed to start out and located on a quiet street in Briarwood.

Beautiful house

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was exactly as described. It had everything we needed for our month stay. Kim and Nicole at the office are great. We had a few little hiccups and they took care of everything right away.
