With 2 queen beds and a queen sofa bed, this cozy spot is perfect for a family or group of friends. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like heating, AC, a fitness room, two pools, pickleball, and tennis. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with hair dryer and showers for your comfort. We hope you enjoy what our place and Naples has to offer. This home is 1st floor with no steps, 1630 sqft and a one car garage.
The community is beautiful and safe. This is a 30 day minimum rental. The community requires an application30 days before lease and a criminal back ground check. The cost for these two items is $200, non refundable.
There is easy access to all of Naples. Close to I-75. 20 minutes to the beach.
