Situado en una calle privada a un corto paseo de la ciudad y de fácil acceso a los carriles bici y las playas, nuestra propiedad es una escapada de Nantucket por excelencia. Nuestra propiedad consta de dos cabañas, estilo dúplex, con entradas y cubiertas separadas y un gran patio compartido (ver listado # 994545 para nuestra otra cabaña). También hay un estudio separado en la propiedad que los propietarios usan ocasionalmente.

Cottage A (Leeward) tiene dos dormitorios, 1 baño y sala principal con cocina eficiente y sala de estar. El primer dormitorio tiene una cama de tamaño completo y el segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. La terraza tiene vistas al gran patio compartido, bien ajardinado, y con cómodos muebles de exterior y una parrilla de gas (nueva parrilla Weber en 2016). También hay un amplio estacionamiento fuera de la calle. Ropa de cama, sillas de playa y toallas.

La cocina fue renovada en 2015 y cuenta con un refrigerador LG, una estufa compacta, un microondas y un lavaplatos. Todo lo que usted necesita para una escapada de una semana se proporciona.

El baño también se ha actualizado con suelos de mármol y paredes de azulejos con un moderno marco de ducha de vidrio.

Fuera cuenta con un gran patio ajardinado profesionalmente y una gran ducha exterior (nuevo en 2015). La ducha exterior cuenta con agua caliente y un vestidor para mayor privacidad.

Mientras que sólo un corto paseo a Main Street- la casa está en una calle apartada que es tranquilo y privado. Te sentirás como si estuvieras millas lejos del bullicio de la ciudad.

Se proporcionan WiFi y un televisor de pantalla plana con TV por cable.

Idyllic Mom Break

Wonderful September Escape

We just spent a long weekend in this wonderful space near 5 Corners in Nantucket. Immaculate, comfortable, well-equipped and nicely decorated space. Easy Uber ride into center of town. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Stay

The cottage was perfect, clean and impeccably maintained. Everything we needed was there and everything from the linens to the beach chairs and beach towels were good quality and like new. The yard and gardens were well manicured and even though it was a 3 home property, we had great privacy. Our host was quick to respond to the one question we had during the week! We will stay there again for sure. We loved it!!!!

Perfect Spot Near Town!

Perfect Rental!

This property was perfect for a couple. The yard was stunning, and we especially enjoyed the deck and outdoor shower. The cottage itself had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. We had a car and appreciated having a parking spot for the week! Even with a car, we opted to walk to town a few times each day as the walk was both beautiful and quick. This was our favorite rental we’ve stayed in in Nantucket and would recommend this property to anyone! We would love to stay again.

The cottage was exactly as it was advertised. The location is excellent and the garden was beautiful. The hosts were very responsive when we needed them The place is very well supplied. We can't wait to go bACK!

Boyers Ally is a gem! It was the perfect space for my family both indoors (where we spent a rainy day) and outdoors enjoying the deck and beautiful yard. We truly felt like we were staying at home having all the amenities needed from being able to cook a meal (fully functional kitchen and grill) or head out for a day at the beach (chairs, towels, cooler). The home is beautifully decorated and quiet despite being in a central location. Very easy to get into town or go in the other direction for another shopping center that has everything you need. Communication was easy and clear and the home was very clean. We'll be back!

Amazing!!

From the moment we arrived we loved this cottage! Gorgeous gardens (the little bunnies were an added treat!), lovely outside deck, private, 12/13 minute walk to town and such nice home decor! The kitchen has everything you’ll need, as well as a beautiful washer/dryer, beach towels and chairs. We couldn’t have been happier with this property! Oh, and the owner is amazing! Very quick responses, kind and understanding! A 6 out of 5 stars!!

Fantastic property!

The photos do not do this lovely cottage justice - it’s just perfect. Modern amenities, whistle clean, comfortable beds and bedding, and stunning outdoor deck and grounds. Interior is stocked with everything you need, including beach towels and chairs. It is a very easy 15 minute stroll into town. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Additionally, the owners responded immediately to our queries prior to arrival.

Birthday Weekend!

Celebrated my wife's birthday at the Leeward Cottage! It is adorable and convenient. We were able to walk into town, we rented bikes and the cottage was our home base for all our excursions. Had so much fun. Would definitely come back to this location - next time with others to rent the Windward as well!!

Perfect in every way

Our family of 4 absolutely loved our stay! The backyard is a huge extra bonus with beautiful gardens. Outside shower was lovely. The space inside is all you need for a lovely stay on Nantucket, very well appointed, and just well thought out and decorated. Proximity to town is perfect, especially if you have young kids - nice easy walk. My twin 3 year olds were calling it “our ocean house” by the end of the week so we will certainly be back!

Amazing!

We had a wonderful time at the Leeward cottage! It was perfect for our small family - clean, well-maintained and the shared backyard was a game-changer for our dog and 1 year old. The location could not be beat - we were able to walk into town easily! Great communication with Kendra & Phil - would absolutely rent the cottage again.
