Super stay, very nice and spacious room! Super friendly staff at the reception. Large parking lot. We got an email in advance to guide us with respect to parking facilities (its entrance is on a pedestrian street). Breakfast is very good, though the place is packed with tables..; not enough space to move. The breakfast area is next to two gigantic pillars which bother everybody as they block passage even more.

I arrived by car and, despite the emailed directions and my satnav, actually found the carpark quite difficult to find. I think that's more to do with the layout of the Nantes roads/pedestrian areas rather than the hotel's fault though! It was great to have secure parking and the hotel is located very centrally. The room was clean and comfortable with good wifi access. I had a dinner in the bar which was tasty and breakfast the next morning was varied. The exit and route out of the carpark onto the main road out of the city was interesting as you do feel like you're driving where you shouldn't be but have faith in the directions of reception! I would stay here again.

Hotel has a very good location. Breakfast is good - could have more fresh fruit available. Reception wasn't very helpful when we asked to get a bigger room. As my husband travel quite a lot to Nantes and stays at the same hotel each time he knows the rooms very well and knew that are other bigger rooms available. No full mirrors in the room, only in the bathroom. No furniture to place small clothes only few hangers in the wardrobe. It!s a hotel designed for business man only.

We stayed here for one night before returning to Ireland. The hotel is located in the heart of the city very close to the Commerce tram station where you can get a bus to the airport. The check in at reception was very efficient and the guy on reception was very friendly to us ,giving us a map of the city and telling us relevant information about the city. The room was perfect. It had a large bed ,nice bathroom and a balcony. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of food to suit all tastes. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in room 220, which is on the outside corner. As such there was some noise from the bar opposite, but this is often the price you pay for an absolutely central location. The room was compact (we had the sofa bed in use as well) but it was clean and very tidy. I suspect it may have been recently renovated. The staff were friendly and helpful, however breakfast was a bit chaotic with tables not cleared very quickly. On site parking was useful. Overall we'd use this hotel again due to its brilliant location.

Lovely hotel with good access to train station and taxi rank. Rooms were contemporary, clean and air conditioned. Had a very restful nights sleep after attending Hellfest in Clisson. Breakfast was excellent providing hot and cold food, as well as a good choice of cereal, fresh bread and pancakes.

The hotel is well located, comfortable and with a very good breakfast. Parking next to the hotel. . Staff at the front desk are attentive and polite. Fair price. Great restaurant rigth across the street.

My wife and I spent two nights one week before. I select these hotel among three other choises I had because of having all amenities we need, parking in site and its great location. It is a four star not more not less. The room was good, also the bed. We had fridge, kettle with some cups and tea/cofee, safe, aircondition, wife. Bathroom had a good shower with toilettes , toilet was a little small. We requested in advance for a quiet room, because hotel situated in pedestrian area of downtown and they gave us a good one with no noise. The view was a patio . They have in site parking, we reed some reviews about entering pedestrian area, we prefer to drop off our rental car 12 hour sooner. Breakfast was like most four star hotels, we had some options in each item ( cheese, jam, pastries ) and also smoked salmon. We enjoyed. Stuffs was good English speaking, and tried to help if we had a question. I found it totally a good 4 star hotel

My Wife and I stayed here on the long weekend in June. absolutely beautiful Hotel, exceptionally friendly and helpful Staff. What we were most impressed with is the Airport Shuttle Bus stops right outside the Door, transport to and from could not be easier. It is also very centrally located making it an ideal for a base to travel from. The only issue we noticed(by way of constructive criticism purely) is that there are no plug points near the mirror/s making it difficult to dry your Hair with either your own Hairdryer or theirs. Very minor nuisance in the scheme of things and I would certainly return to this Hotel again and would recommend to anyone. Ben

We arrived at this hotel by car. We were expected with minimal guidance from the hotel to drive through a pedestrian area. We found this very stressful. The room was very small, the bathroom minuscule! The bed was very uncomfortable. This hotel does not provide good value for money . On leaving the hotel we were naturally stressed about getting out of the pedestrian area. The member of staff gave us the wrong directions leading us to have to turn around in a small pedestrianised street, we called the hotel for support and were given minimal instructions. The My advice would be only stay here if you are arriving on foot.
