We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Nantes, this charming flat of a surface of 53 m ² and being able to accomodate to 3 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 23 m², a kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower

- A terrace of 3.20 m² facing south to enjoy the beautiful days

The flat is ideally located in Nantes, on the right bank of the Erdre, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

By staying in this flat you will be very close to the heart of the city of Nantes. You will be able to go easily to the various emblematic places of the city: the Cathedral Saint Pierre, the Castle of the Dukes, the Royal and Graslin squares, the island of Versailles, the island of Nantes etc.
You will find dedicated paths along the Erdre to practice walking, jogging or cycling.

The accommodation is located 5 minutes from the tramway and 20 minutes on foot from the city centre.

Nous avons trouvé que le couchage du canapé convertible est abîmé maintenant, peut-être dû au succès de cette location. Nouveauté cette année, les rues qui bordent la résidence sont payantes (sauf du 15 juillet au 15 août). Globalement nous recommandons cet appartement situé dans une résidence propre et calme."

Les Rives de L'Erdre Notre séjour de 4 jours a NANTES s'est bien passé, un peu en partie a ce logement bien équipé, propre et bien situé dans la ville, à 100 mètres de l' Erdre. Les lieux étaient propres et l'équipement permet de cuisiner . Le quartier est calme et le voisinage agréable. On peut stationner la voiture devant la fenetre de l'appartement, seul bémol c'est payant (environ 10 à 12 euros la journée, sauf les dimanches et fériés). Notre interlocuteur (Didier) a été trés sympathique et trés trés réactif à nos messages , y compris les samedi et dimanche. Il nous a bien renseigné et a été trés courtois. Encore merci. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute dans ce logement pour un prochain séjour à NANTES !
