We propose to you to rent, in Nantes, this charming flat with wifi (optical fibre), of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 24 m², equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Two bedrooms with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and 1 double bed (140×190)

Prestations de qualité, appartement très bien situé

La localisation à 10mn de la gare, en plein centre ville, appartement standing et très calme, spacieux avec de très bons équipements. Faites juste attention à ne pas rester enfermé dans le local à poubelles !
