Armstrong - Charmant logement au coeur de Nantes

Ideally located, in the heart of Nantes, 5 minutes from the Talensac market, cours des 50 Otages, the Armstrong is an ideal cocoon. With a surface area of 53 m2, entirely fitted out with taste, you will feel at home in this completely renovated flat!

On the first floor without lift, you will be seduced by its layout and decoration. It is arranged as follows
-An entrance open to the living area.
-A very well equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster).
-A living room with a television, internet connection and a digital piano for virtuosos. There is also a comfortable sofa bed.
-A bedroom with a double bed (160*200) on a quiet courtyard.
-A nice and functional bathroom in the room.
-separate toilets.
We also provide a washing machine, an ironing board and an iron.

Cocoonr Agency:
The accommodation L'Armstrong is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on site by a member of our team who will introduce you to the flat, its operation and give you the keys.
Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the bed will be made on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you some Nespresso coffee pods and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.

Neighbourhood and transport:
Ideally located, you can enjoy the Talensac market, the flea markets of the Place Viarme and the hyper centre! To reach our famous Château des Ducs de Bretagne or the Ile de Versailles on the banks of the Erdre, a 5 minute walk will suffice. However, if you prefer public transport, the "50 otages" tram stop is only 1 minute away.
You can also opt for the self-service bicycles called "Bicloos"!
For the airport, a shuttle is available from "Commerce" (2 min from the flat), it takes about twenty minutes.
Many shops are nearby, as well as excellent restaurants in a very popular area!
